The Senior Client Insights Manager will help manage comScore's relationships with leading Retail clients across emerging areas and the Fortune 500. • Excellent project management skills and a proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in technical or communications-related field
  • 3-5 years Project Management experience with technical teams on large-scale, fast-paced projects (preferable) or equivalent program / project management experience in non-technical field
  • Agile Scrum / Kanban experience and working knowledge of SDLC strongly recommended
  • Experience analyzing technical requirements, creating comprehensive project plans, and maintaining project portfolio based on understanding of cross-project impacts
  • Must have very strong verbal and written diplomacy, facilitation, and communication skills with ability to effectively and autonomously communicate vertically and horizontally based on audience
  • Experience concurrently managing a portfolio of cross-team projects with ability to effectively prioritize workload for self and internal customers
  • Must be a focused self-starter, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure with decisiveness and confidence in an ambiguous environment with limited oversight
