Job Summary:

The integration consultant is responsible for working directly with clients to evaluate all digital properties for design and implementation of comScore measurement technologies across multiple platforms.  The successful candidate will simultaneously maintain integration workflows and communication with numerous clients.   • Hands-on experience with mobile applications for iOS and/or Android

Description:

  • Advise and assist comScore’s clients with the implementation of measurement SDK’s
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations, to create and implement client solutions for application measurement
  • Perform bug fix verification, validation and troubleshoots internal and external client issues
  • Report product bugs to engineering teams and track resolution of technical issues
  • Explain complex technical problems to internal and external clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Prototypes and writes SQL queries to compare various data sets

JOB FUNCTION

 

Client Services Associate are the first point of contact for all of our internal and external clients. They have the responsibility for providing the highest level of service and ensuring that clients embrace the value of and use comScore products to their maximum potential. Client Services Associate, must respond promptly, accurately and completely to user inquiries and provide ongoing training in the use of comScore products. Primary contact with clients is via telephone and email. Responds to all questions from clients and internal users regarding product usage and access; track inquiries and responses; and collaborate with internal departments as needed to resolve inquires. Configure and provide client access to products, establish strong relationships with clients, and maintain client and company confidentiality at all times. Work with all levels of management to ensure clients are maximizing value of comScore products and services.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Provide high caliber end user support for clients and consumers on comScore products, escalating issues intra- and inter-departmentally as needed
  • Perform triage and research on client reported issues
  • Track and manage outstanding issues and actions through to completion
  • Coordinate and present live demonstrations of comScore products to new and existing clients for training purposes.
  • Educate and train other comScore employees on products and improvements/new features

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree, in English, Business or related field or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client services role and 1-year experience serving clients via phone or e-mail

  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision

We do a great deal of our testing manually, based on the nature of the work we do. We do automate where we can, using customized or internal tools, whatever the situation calls for. We are looking for a great team member with strong manual testing experience to include: cross-platform (Windows, Mac OS, Mobile) and networking to join an exciting, high-growth environment.

 

This is a unique role within our testing team, as it is part QA and testing, but also a heavy research-focused role. We're looking for someone with a solid testing background and detail-oriented mindset, but also someone who would have a great interest in researching new technologies that we will need to test as well. For example, if we want to test the user experience on the Netflix, and understand the data flow, this person will research the inner workings of that website and app. It's a great role for a self-motivated person who like's uncovering hidden gems in their work. If you've come from a support and/or testing role that required some deep technical investigation, this may be exactly what you're looking for. 

 

What You'll Do In This Role:

  • Develop test cases to effectively and efficiently test new capabilities and bug fixes, identify potential bugs in existing applications and document all issues into the defect tracking system
  • Assists in research tasks at all points of Product and Project development process as needed, including market research, and potential research projects related to network hardware
  • Apply lessons learned and industry best practices into the testing cycles and verify that all software releases conform to company policies on data handling
  • Document and maintain configuration and process information
  • Assist Software Engineering Team with basic support in troubleshooting problems in development and production environments

Skills You'll Need: 

  • 3+ years of software testing experience
  • Thorough understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and internet protocols
  • Ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and information
  • Demonstrated ability to seek out bugs, with a "tester" mindset.
  • Time management skills & ability to multi-task
  • Possess the ability to adjust to shifting priorities and rapid change
  • Experience in creating and executing test cases for multiple desktop, browsers and mobile platforms

 In this role you will:

  • Provide support to the Research and Fielding departments by ensuring data captured through online research is valid and reliable.
  • Ensure data writes to the correct data location
  • Manipulate, consolidate and import/export data files utilizing various software packages
  • Perform various data search/retrieval procedures and maintain/archive data files
  • Monitor projects utilizing various quality control techniques including data comparison and report generation
  • Interface with the Research Department to address inquiries regarding various data files and prepare data files for analysis

Testing at the registry level or any router level testing experience would be very attractive as well.
