DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

 

• Use marketing automation tools and Salesforce.com CRM to provide in-flight and post-campaign analysis.

• Collect, analyze and interpret data around online prospect activity and customer segments.

• Assist regional operational bureaus by segmenting prospect lists for targeted marketing campaigns.

• Maintain data quality standards for all data uploaded to Salesforce.com and Eloqua.

• Assist with maintenance of database health.

• Assist with the development of campaign performance benchmarks and ROI reporting capabilities.

• Track and evaluate lead source effectiveness and marketing influence.

• Identify and appropriately route inbound sales leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Develop and implement solutions to various statistical initiatives through all stages of project life cycle. This includes working with Software Engineers, Operations and Data QA teams, and Product Managers at all levels within the organization to deliver timely and quality results.
  • Help drive process improvements, define QA processes, and integrate process enhancements into production process.
  • Build custom modeling solutions to meet market & internal needs for audience measurement reporting. This includes developing solutions, testing, and integrating into core production process.

Qualifications:

Working under the direction of the Ad Operations Director, you will act as a liaison building strong relationships with internal partners, clients and vendors. Job Function:

 

As a Deliverables analyst at comScore, you play an integral role in making sure that our deliverable survey data is accurate, and that our clients are receiving the data in a timely fashion, and in a format that is most suitable for their specific needs.  This role will utilize your analytical skills, your creativity, and exercise your technical skills as well.  This role has a great amount of visibility.  It stresses teamwork, and allows you to interface with both internal and external users and clients.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide support to the Research and Fielding departments by ensuring data captured through online research is valid and reliable.
  • Ensure data writes to the correct data location.
  • Manipulate, consolidate and import/export data files utilizing various software packages.
  • Perform various data search/retrieval procedures and maintain and archive data files.
  • Monitor projects utilizing various quality control techniques including data comparison and report generation.
  • Interface with the Research Department to address inquiries regarding various data files and prepare data files for analysis.
  • Utilize knowledge of analytical tools such as SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), SQL.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of all required deliverables to research teams.
  • Ensure the department’s conformance to quality and deliverable expectations in accordance with customer and company requirements through metrics reporting.
  • Evaluate workflow and systems to assist in optimizing quality and efficiencies.
  • Represent department on cross-functional teams.
  • Work on other duties and assignments as outlined by Manager.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences or a relevant quantitative/technical field
  • 1 - 3 years of market research or technical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of SPSS/Excel and/or SQL (preferably)
  • Knowledge of ConfirmIT or similar survey programming tools
  • Previous experience with survey research desired
  • An aptitude towards technology combined with sharp analytical skills, attention to detail and a data quality mindset Pro-active & creative problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills

This key comScore Panel Science position requires candidates with a strong interest in and experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analysis.  This position will be involved in monitoring and assessing the health of the demographics for the comScore panel, while also researching new and more accurate ways of assigning them. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical and research methods focus to the role and will be able to work with other comScore technology and methodology teams to proactively identify and resolve data quality issues and implement demographic enhancements. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate across internal teams in an effective manner and answer queries in both statistical and non-statistical terms.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring the health of panel demographics by generating key reports to help identify issues and glean valuable insights for panel management

• Maintaining key methodologies for assigning household and person level demographics

• Providing support on questions regarding demo assignments and trends in various countries

• Assist in managing multiple research projects and/or analyses concurrently

• Support industry audit requirements for documentation and testing

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S./B.A. or M.S./M.A. in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or another quantitative or behavioral science field

• Basic SQL experience preferred
