LEADERSHIP

  • Deliver/share trending and key insights with clients beyond the individual study to help them gain broader insights and understand the use cases for our data. Look to incorporate additional comScore data assets to tell a holistic story with BSLs, OSLs. ALs (for example, if purchased, vCE or syndicated data sources could be included.)
  • Proactively talk to clients about what met their needs and where there are opportunities for improvement in future projects.  
  • Drive future business by actively listening during meetings for clues of dissatisfaction/satisfaction/needs, frustrations with comScore or other vendors. Ask clients questions about upcoming campaigns and actively communicate with sales and provide potential leads.
  • Proactively share new learnings from cases, BSL/AL/OSL deliveries, work with emerging products, client calls, etc. with the broader team to ensure all team members are updated on new findings.
  • Proactively communicate with the product team and vertical teams to enhance client deliverables by leveraging past project experience.
  • Lead trainings for new team members, help to develop materials for trainings, and offer support to help answer questions.
  • Begin reviewing other team members work and providing feedback.  Work with new team members to formulate actionable insights for the client based on the data.

 

COMMUNICATION

  • Independently lead in-person and WebEx meetings
  • Master storytelling with data best practices with little oversight by a manager
  • Strong ability to escalate issues in a constructive manner and to the proper person
  • Be an active participant with team objectives (taskforces) , team meetings, and cross-functional or cross-team partnerships
  • Proactively engage clients with comScore data and how the data/research is relevant to their campaign goals and meeting their needs.  
  • Speak to other comScore products when there are opportunities for improvement and where additional products can be leveraged to meet client needs

 

KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT

  • Exhibit a relative and current understanding of industry-related news, hot topics, processes, etc. while also speaking to comScore’s place and purpose within that larger ecosystem.
  • Can speak to comScore’s methodology across AdEffx products without assistance.
  • Display a basic understanding of products outside of the AdEffx suite (MMX, cross-media, etc.)

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Function as key point of contact for any client type (high/medium/low touch).  
  • Able to support sales staff on existing account calls as a product expert on the AdEffx suite.
  • Independently lead status calls with clients and host training/report delivery meetings. Take ownership for delivering actionable insights and outlining next steps.
  • Build comfort attending in-person client meetings and owning the bulk of results presentation or onboarding.  
  • Can present research findings to clients in a clear, concise manner that engages clients and makes it easy for them to understand our products/research.  Begin to demonstrate the ability to think quickly during meetings and answer client questions on the spot (or follow up when questions are more complex)
  • Uses standard project management tools and procedures (i.e. KOC documents, Appirio, BSL timelines, AMT and Permission Manager for logins). Evaluates ease of use for general procedures and recommends efficiency updates to management.  Handles basic revenue recognition tasks (i.e. posting evidence of delivery).

JOB FUNCTION

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will conduct thorough product testing and maintain agreed upon quality standards in order to provide the highest quality software products to both external and internal customers. The Senior QA Engineer will work to understand the business requirements and objectives relative to the desired functionality of products and applications. Additionally this role will evaluate and test new or modified software to determine that software meets user requirements and established quality standards and may provide mentoring or guidance to less experienced peers.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including analyzing requirements, developing test plans, test cases, and execution of test scripts
  • Writes and executes detailed test cases; performs complex manual, integration, and regression tests

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and perform internal audits and be able to summarize and articulate to management results of the audit
  • Take ownership for evaluating and testing discrete sections of the organization’s Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program (i.e. SOX)
  • Assist with IT-related audits and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) assessments
  • Partner with business leaders to keep up on business trends, new risks, and opportunities
  • Follow-up with management on status of previously identified areas for improvement

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • 2+ years. of Accounting and/or Internal Audit experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with SOX
  • Good understanding of Internal Control and Audit practices and typical business processes
  • Attention to detail and strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Great attitude and a desire to help the organization improve processes and controls
  • An interest and willingness to learn and perform IT-related testing procedures

What our team does:

We build data processing pipelines that handle 100+ terabyte datasets. We automate as much as we can so that we can stay focused on writing code. We troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues. We work with Analysts and Data Scientists to design and implement new methodology.

 

As a staff engineer, you're a senior individual contributor, who is well-versed in design, proof of concept development, methodology and architecture. Your previous big data experience will have been on production products delivered on systems such as Hadoop.

  • 10+ years of professional programming experience
  • You have a solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals

BASIC FUNCTION:

The Legal Operations Manager will assist the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel in facilitating “the business” of the legal department.  This includes responsibility for tracking legal budgets and accruals, assisting with litigation matters, maintaining corporate records and business licenses, supporting the company’s compliance program, and supervising other team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining the legal team budget, including managing invoices, tracking expenses, and working with the General Counsel and finance team on forecasts
  • Providing support to the litigation team and overseeing legal hold implementation and litigation records
  • Tracking litigation insurance claims and serving as a liaison with outside counsel and insurers
  • Maintaining corporate records, including board minute books, governance documents and company policies
  • Managing corporate filings and business licenses (U.S. and foreign)
  • Liaising with other departments on compliance initiatives and other cross-departmental projects, including quarterly certifications
  • Supervising other legal team members while maintaining a set of individual contributor responsibilities
  • Managing special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least five years’ relevant experience in-house, at a law firm, or in legal operations
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and recordkeeping; proficiency with MS Office a must

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the design and development of web based APIs.  
  • Our API is written in Scala, so experience with functional languages like Scala or Haskell is preferred.

  • Strong SQL skills nice to have.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) along with a track record of success delivering large software projects.
