ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Individually manage sales across a wide list of key clients as well as generate new business from existing customers and prospective clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A highly motivated consultative sales professional with a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales;

  • Previous experience as a sales engineer or pre-sales consultant supporting an enterprise software solution highly desired
  • Experience with hosted solutions in selling software as a services (SaaS), specific to the analytics space

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Establish strong and productive relationships with clients, including client personnel from research, ad sales, content, business development or other points of contact.

  • Very deep knowledge of the media publisher business, plus expertise in digital media marketing, current trends, and evolution of digital platforms is essential.

  • Work both autonomously and within a team setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years experience in digital or related sales
  • Up-to-date knowledge of comScore’s Planning (Audience Solutions) suite is strongly preferred
  • Specific experience managing or selling syndicated research tools and/or advertising effectiveness measurement services and/or custom research solutions to marketing, market research, and advertising agencies
  • Knowledge of market research and how information can be applied to help clients achieve their goals

JOB FUNCTION

The Software Engineer UI/UX works under close supervision of more senior engineers or Managers to maintain all company software, in-house or otherwise. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follows the development best practices and standards: (unit tests, code reviews, estimates, release procedures)
  • Ability to complete bug fixes and small enhancements
  • Understanding of system framework and architecture
  • Pull in senior resources for design reviews and code reviews
  • Pair with development resources where appropriate to gain system knowledge and training

  • Interaction design of all new or updated user interfaces (UI) in concert with the overall user experience
  • Translate broad concepts and requirements into detailed designs and information architecture

  • Create HTML/CSS/JS based on wireframes and designs
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure UI is consistent across products and adhere to design pattern and style guide libraries

  • Visualizes data and finds the best way to interpret information for users
  • Consider and design to human factors standards
  • Leverage user experience design with user research and usability testing results that produce focused designs

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of object oriented languages such as C++

The Client Insights Manager will help manage comScore’s client relationships with leading clients across emerging areas and the Fortune 500, specifically focused in the health and pharma space. Essential Duties & Responsiblities:

  • Manages a team of direct reports; mentors and coaches for top performance; grows direct reports on appropriate career path; grows technical capability in others
  • Performs end-to-end client project management for client assignments. This includes: facilitating client meetings, leading conversations and ensuring that action items are performed, presenting and discusses findings, insights, and recommendations constructed around storylines
  • Manages client feedback loop to ensure client satisfaction; recommends improvements needed to improve client satisfaction
  • Manages client relationships; works closely with sales team to write proposals and manage renewals; works on deepening client relationships and penetration and identifies new business/upsell opportunities
  • Responsible for answering client questions about comScore’s products, solutions and methodology throughout the sales process; supports sales on calls when needed; considered a subject matter expert
  • Handles difficult client situations and brings to resolution
  • Assists in implementation of product developments and enhancements to assigned products by collaborating with internal teams.

Qualificaitons:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or quantitative field
  • 4-6 years of work experience required.  Experience in the digital advertising ecosystem (publishers, agencies, marketers/advertisers) a plus
  • Work experience that is analytical in nature, such as experience with custom research or syndicated data is important
  • Excellent project management skills and the proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships
  • Proven track record of driving cross functional projects and ability to prioritize multiple demand
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a small team and ability to interact effectively with peers in a team-oriented operating structure
  • 1-3 years of experience mentoring, coordinating, and managing others strongly preferred
  • Experience in data analysis and problem solving with large amounts of data
  • Experience determining customer requirements and coordinating with product development is a plus
  • Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
