JOB FUNCTION

 

The Software Engineer delivers solutions to internal and external customers. This may include the design, modification, development and implementation of software programming applications.   • Modifies, writes and documents software programming applications.

TITLE: Client Insights Analyst

REPORTS TO:  Manager, Syndicated Client Insights

 

 

The Syndicated Client Insights Analyst Will:

  • Provide service/support for a mix of clients
  • Take a proactive role in ensuring customer satisfaction and usage of all comScore products & services, in doing so play a recognized role within a renewals process
  • Develop expert knowledge of comScore products, capabilities and technical processes
  • Support ongoing deliveries of comScore data to clients; help clients understand this data and gain business value from it
  • Conduct data investigations to explain changes in trends
  • Deliver customer trainings focused on answering relevant business questions
  • Research industry trends to help enhance the business insights that are provided to clients
  • Creates and administers user credentials for clients to ensure licenses are correct per the most recent Service Order to ensure revenue is realized in the appropriate month
  • Review client data usage, in order to conform comScore’s Data Usage Policy.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

 

  • University degree in quantitative or technical field, such as, Market Research, Statistics, Maths, Economy or Informatics
  • Be a good speaker
  • Excellent English & Spanish verbal and written communication skills. Turkish or Russian are a plus
  • Previous experience from a digital ad ecosystem company (Agency or Media vertical)
  • Proven proficiency with numbers, experience in analyzing large amounts of data, and an ability to consolidate and translate that data into business insight
  • Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player willing to help others
  • Project management skills, including the abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with colleagues and clients in diverse departments, geographic locations, and time zones

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Partner with Learning and HR colleagues to plan and drive a development strategy for both emergent and senior leaders around the world
  • Consult with groups across the organization to identify critical business needs and design blended solutions that have positive, measurable impact on the business
  • Determine training requirements through needs and gap analysis and best practice benchmarking
  • Scope learning project efforts, from developing project plans to managing within budget and schedule
  • Develop practical approaches to training requirements that cost-effectively utilize internal resources and vendor solutions
  • Work with internal Subject Matter Experts in the design and delivery of training across multiple disciplines
  • Identify external partners for training content and delivery; handle creation of statements of work and negotiation of terms of agreement
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training initiatives are well integrated with our overall talent management strategy
  • Assess current training programs and processes to identify and implement areas of improvement
  • Keeps abreast of relevant training and development trends, courseware, computer-based learning content, methods, and techniques
  • Bring thought-leadership to the learning team and organization in the areas of leadership and manager development

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Experience & Skills:

  • 7+ years progressive experience in training program design and program management, including demonstrated experience in leadership development and manager training
  • Demonstrated history of creating and implementing full lifecycle training projects in a high-change environment on time, under budget with high customer satisfaction
  • Experience implementing a wide mix of training approaches -- instructor-led, asynchronous and synchronous e-Learning, self-directed, off-the-shelf, social and blended learning
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in an extremely fast paced environment with tight timelines
  • Proven ability to create interactive, high-energy and effective training programs
  • Knowledge of best-in-class approaches to leadership development
  • Effective presentation skills, both one-on-one and in group settings
  • Strong consultation skills

 

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant field is required
  • A Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design or a MBA is desirable

JOB FUNCTION

This position is responsible for managing methodology projects demanded by the Media Rating Council (MRC) from original concept through final implementation for the Statistical Operations team. The Project Manager will develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. This role will include preparation of documentation and standard procedures to promote adherence to MRC minimum standards in a way that exhibits quality and excellence in comScore’s television measurements.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Statistical Operations team in ongoing standard MRC audit
  • Defining and maintaining an auditable documentation management system
  • Prepare the Statistical Operations team for audits
  • Responsible for managing projects related to MRC audit
  • Define process and ensure Statistical Operations team goes through appropriate internal/external communication process
  • Develop and specify goals and project timelines.
  • Responsible for establishing and updating project priorities for management
  • Advise management of risks associated with projects and methodology enhancement time lines.
  • Develop roadmaps for methodology projects including impact analysis, testing, and validation.
  • Develop presentations and report deliverables.
  • Effectively communicate project status to all stakeholder levels
  • Regularly review project deliverables and helps to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Validating documentation within JIRA tickets to ensure appropriate documentation, testing, and peer review has been completed.

  • SQL, SAS, or other analytical software experience helpful, but not necessary

The Product Support Analyst works in our Ad Operations team and uses a deep technical understanding of the comScore AdEffx Product line to address internal and external clients’ questions and/or issues. Working under the direction of the Product Support Manager, you will act as a liaison building strong relationships with internal clients, engineers and product managers.   • Experience in HTML or web development and/or web analytics
