As a Software Engineer here, you will be working on comScore's critical internal applications and developing solutions that connect our product delivery platforms to back-office systems. What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting large web applications

  • Deep experience using C#, .NET  ASP.NET, in a MVC framework is needed.
  • JavaScript experience is important for this role. We've used a mix of Knockout, Angular, and others, so we're flexible.
  • SQL Server experience is critical, and you'll need to understand data selection, manipulation and basis joins, as well as other SQL functions, such as indexing, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, produce, maintain and execute completion of the company’s written digital marketing assets including, but not limited to, the corporate website, social media platforms, digital advertising, digital collateral and digital web and email campaigns
  • Work with web development team to ensure all SEO/SEM recommendations and best practices are in place in website code, as well as structured data and keyword recommendations; additionally, recommend changes (as needed) to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to optimize SEO/SEM performance
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimization; review and analyze data to identify trends and insights to maximize SEO/SEM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on marketing, communication or other relevant degree

    The comScore Front End team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who has expertise in Angular 2.0+/TypeScript. You will design, build and support complex front end solutions for internal and external users. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where we iterate quickly and work with cutting-edge technologies.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop responsive front end applications using Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS.
    • Collaborate effectively with product owners, design, and QA to define specifications and deliver features iteratively.
    • Be passionate about code quality, testing and performance.
    • Ability to integrate with external APIs as well as build out APIs using node.js.
