Are you passionate about digital advertising and helping major advertisers derive insight and business knowledge from data? If so, comScore’s Advertising Effectiveness group is looking for a client service manager to support our growing Agency client services team.  

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Act as primary contact for key agency stakeholders; deliver exceptional client service support to these clients, including product training, timely/informative responses to client inquiries, and sensitivity to clients’ business objectives/goals.
  •  Analyze data from digital advertising campaigns in order to deliver strategic consulting services to leading advertising agency clients. Prepare, QA and deliver ongoing research studies to clients. Present research findings to clients and clearly articulate analytic approach and techniques to support insights and recommendations.
  • Lead campaign effectiveness measurement projects from start to finish – work in collaboration with a cross-functional team to ensure that project milestones are met/exceeded and research objectives outlined in scope of work are delivered successfully.
  • Manage a team of 1-2 client service analysts; support day to day client management and act as an escalation point for client questions/inquiries.
  • In partnership with sales and product management, work as an evangelist for comScore’s advertising effectiveness solutions among key agency contacts.

 


QUALIFICATIONS:

•  3-5 years of analytical work experience in a client facing role with at least 1-2 years’ experience in digital media. Experience with analyzing digital campaign data, media planning and analysis or custom research is important. Experience with survey based digital research is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape including the display data, measurement and the media eco-system.

•  Experience in analyzing large amounts of data and proven proficiency in consolidating and translating that data into business insight

• Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with colleagues and clients in diverse departments.

• Ability to present findings to large audiences and provide actionable insights

• 1-2 years of management experience.  Experience managing others and developing/training new employees.

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Director will support the company's goals through a range of consulting, analytic and business development functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our unique analyses and research services to prospects and partners; leveraging comScore’s core capabilities to address clients' strategic and tactical marketing challenges. This Sales Director will:
• Exemplify comScore's tradition of analytical and client service excellence and industry leadership
• Have a proven track record of pipeline development and success in a fast paced, high growth environment
• Have a history of exceeding sales goals and increasing sales revenue
• Utilize his/her excellent track record in developing relationships with consumer internet and technology companies
• Uncover and understand the business needs and challenges of our clients; address these through business analysis, recommendations and ongoing consultation based on our unique information services and ability to assess markets, customers, competitors and prospects
• Forge strong relationships externally and solidify comScore as a true consultative partner
• Forge strong relationships internally and stay abreast of comScore analytics development initiatives
• Coordinate internally with client service, product management and other internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS
• A desire to aggressively further business in an innovative, fast-paced and winning company
• Experience within the digital marketing industry
• Understanding of market research and how information can be applied to help clients achieve their goals
• Experience working in collaborative teams
• Flexibility and ability to work fast under tight deadlines with demanding quality requirements
• Specific experience managing or selling advertising effectiveness services highly desired
• Direct experience with data-intensive marketing analysis and consulting applications, including working with large datasets for either primary or syndicated market research highly desired
• Minimum of bachelor's degree and 5+ years sales experience

comScore is looking for people who love to code. We need people who want to sink their teeth into an issue to understand it and push the limits on what is possible. The Internet is a dynamic environment and we constantly need new solutions for problems that no one has ever considered before.


This job is primarily design and development on a client based OS X application using C++. We dig deep into the OS, network protocols, and other applications to understand how they work so we can find the ultimate solution. Creativity and innovation are required. We are looking for senior people who never want to stop honing their skills since stagnation is death.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in the design and development of new components
  • Develop components that will run on millions of computers
  • Develop enhancements to current solutions
  • Research OS X, application and network protocol internals
  • Participate in research and evaluation of new related technologies


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in developing client applications
  • 4+ years developing software in C++ in a UNIX environment
  • Experience developing in C++ and Objective-C in an OS X environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP including HTTP/HTTPS
  • Experience with reverse engineering software
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analysis skills
  • SQL is helpful
