This is a highly visible role in the comScore Audience Products team. You will be responsible for leading various products within the comScore Audience Products vertical, including the widely-used and industry-leading Media Metrix and Media Metrix Multi-Platform products. You will manage product lifecycles and delivery from ideation to launch, justify new product development or investments in existing products, determine and document product requirements, and support the sales and product service teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap
  • Work closely with product teams, development teams, comScore commercial teams and clients to identify key growth areas
  • Drive product initiatives from concept through launch
  • Evaluate and prioritize product features across markets for inclusion into product roadmap
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements and document use cases and specifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

BASIC FUNCTION:   

 

The Analyst will participate actively in Data Quality processes and take responsibility for fulfilling a large number of monthly client modification requests, including researching client investigations. All these processes utilize the company dictionary databases and tools.

This individual must have solid technical, analytic, and business skills. He/she should possess a deep understanding and passion for database management tools and approaches to manage complex multi-disciplinary projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Dynamically work within the dictionary databases to produce accurate structures and timely handoffs.
• Assist with development and tracking of current database procedures and implement new standards in rules and guidelines for production efficiency.

The Technical Solutions Consultant advises clients and prospective clients on how comScore’s products can help them answer difficult business questions and/or overcome complex business challenges. Using experience, persuasive argument and integrity, they are the trusted advisors of prospects and maintain an ongoing relationship through their client lifecycle. The Solutions Consultant supports sales productivity by securing the technical conversion during the sales process. 

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advise clients and prospective clients on how comScore’s products can assist their business and overcome business challenges
  • Working with a team oriented approach develop solution propositions based on customer requirements and consult with the implementation teams to ensure the vision is achievable
  • Be pro-active in qualifying sales opportunities from a technical perspective , identifying and managing risk
  • Support the sales process by securing the technical conversion and designing client deliverables, based on an understanding of client needs and comScore capabilities
  • Manage responses to RFIs and RFPs
  • Provide subject matter expertise for the completion of customer proposals

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • 5 to 7 years pre-sales and/or consultancy experience in software solutions environment
  • Strong understanding of web analytics, digital advertising systems, as well as audience research and how this information can be applied to help client’s to achieve their goals
  • Familiarity with page tagging, census data collection methods and programmatic trading.
  • Ability to create compelling story-based demonstrations to demonstrate applicability of solutions suite
  • Direct experience selling enterprise software services as a solution suite is a big plus, particularly as these solutions can be integrated with applications such as e-mail marketing, CRM, search keyword management, performance measurement, etc.
