ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Individually manage sales across a wide list of key clients as well as generate new business from existing customers and prospective clients.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify the customer’s key needs and pain points.
  • Work with the prospect in a consultative fashion to develop a digital strategy vision and position comScore’s offering as an instrumental part of that vision.
  • Conduct storytelling product demonstrations that highlight the value the solution brings to the client
  • Consistently deliver individual sales targets every quarter
  • Guide the expansion of comScore’s analytics solution suite across all industry sectors, including but not limited to publishers and advertisers
  • Develop solid, strategic relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts as well as internal account relationship stakeholders
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and demonstrate how the comScore’s Digital Analytix offerings can assist them to achieve their business objectives

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A highly motivated consultative sales professional with a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales;
  • 2-3 years minimum direct sales experience with enterprise software solution sales required, with sales of web analytics or business intelligence software and services strongly preferred 
  • Previous experience as a sales engineer or pre-sales consultant supporting an enterprise software solution highly desired
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics solutions as well as primary and secondary research and how this information can be applied to help client’s to achieve their goals
  • Direct experience selling enterprise software services as a solution suite is a big plus, particularly as these solutions can be integrated with applications such as e-mail marketing, CRM, search keyword management, performance measurement, etc.
  • Experience with hosted solutions in selling software as a services (SaaS), specific to the analytics space
  • Relentless work ethic and a desire to learn a new skill set, develop additional expertise and create the future of digital business analytics
  • Familiarity with page tagging and census data collection methods a plus

Job Function:

 

As a Survey Project Manager, you will be responsible for oversight of survey-related projects, maintaining contact with research managers and providing operational execution of online surveys. This includes interfacing with researchers and reviewing online survey specifications to ensure the quality of the specifications. Through the use of project management techniques, the Survey Project Manager ensures that deliverables of the highest quality are provided to researchers.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide operational execution of online surveys.
  • Ensure survey is programmed accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that the information received by external vendors meet and/or exceed all quality standards.
  • Once this quality assurance role is complete, the deliverables are provided to the Researcher.
  • Liaise with Panel Operations or Outside Vendors to determine sample requirements, and coordinate with externally located programming, data processing and cross-tabulations vendors, to ensure the online survey is executed as specified.
  • Understand, coordinate, and execute all technical aspects of project.
  • Understand programming impacts on data structure.
  • Fully understand all survey quota requirements.
  • Work with Pricing to provide feasibility and sample incidence levels as needed.
  • Remain current on best practices related to research, data and programming in order to provide the highest quality support and service to researchers. Develop/maintain process documentation and provide input on ways to improve overall process.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 1-3 years experience working in research, survey research, market research or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Survey Research, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong desire to work with project management, surveys.
  • An aptitude towards technology combined with sharp analytical skills, attention to detail and a data quality mindset.
  • Technical familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, jScript.NET) is highly desired.
  • SQL and/or MS Access experience is strongly desired.  Applicants with ConfirmIT experience are preferred.
  • Pro-active and creative problem solving skills including an ability to  “think outside the box.”
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and be self-directed. Excellent written / verbal communication skills.

The Manager role requires a dedicated person with demonstrated proficiency in manipulating large data sets to develop statistical models and methodologies in a fast paced business environment. The person will analyze large amounts of data, diagnose potential issues, and design technology improvements. This position requires the ability and willingness to work within cross functional teams to improve the way we measure internet and digital audiences, and critical analyses to help solve complex problems for meeting external and internal demands. The position also requires excellent communication skills with potential client interaction.

 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement solutions to various statistical initiatives through all stages of project life cycle. This includes working with Software Engineers, Operations and Data QA teams, and Product Managers at all levels within the organization to deliver timely and quality results.
  • Help drive process improvements, define QA processes, and integrate process enhancements into production process.
  • Build custom modeling solutions to meet market & internal needs for audience measurement reporting. This includes developing solutions, testing, and integrating into core production process.
  • Work with cross functional teams to identify and resolve data issues. Apply critical thinking to quickly resolve issues.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Broad experience in statistical and analytical methods in areas such as: Bayesian Inference/Gibbs Sampling (BUGS) Discrete outcome models Generalized Linear Models, including Regression (GLM)
  • Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast paced business environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Experience with SQL or knowledge of relational databases and methods for efficiently retrieving large amounts of data. Candidates with hands-on coding experience are preferred.
  • R/Python programming strongly preferred.
  • Experience with panel data and/or Internet behavior data a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional experience.

  • Deliver exceptional client service to leading media and entertainment clients
  • Provide senior level support to accounts in the areas of data insights/interpretation, comScore products, capabilities, and methodology
  • Autonomously manage custom project process from scoping through delivery
  • Lead and develop team of analysts responsible for managing aspects of day-to-day client interactions
  • Understand client business needs and objectives in order to identify up-sell opportunities for assigned accounts
  • Work closely with internal groups to ensure high priority or big picture client requests are recognized and addressed

 

Qualifications:
