Manager Custom Insight Solutions (Menlo Park, US) Req ID: 19306

comScore Inc., is a recognized innovator that's changing the way companies develop strategies for and evaluate their marketing investment. This is an exciting, intellectually challenging opportunity for a director with a strong proficiency in data analysis, custom analytics and technology. As the Director of our Media West Analytics division, you will lead a team that extracts, transforms and analyzes data to provide key insight to internal and external clients. You will support the sales function by providing data expertise contributing to the creation and innovation of comScore’s offerings. Armed with a best-in-class suite of solutions, this is a fantastic chance to contribute to comScore's explosive growth and industry leadership.

This role is for a courageous leader proficient in data analysis and tech industry consulting. The work you produce will have direct impact towards driving business strategies of many big company names in the Silicon Valley and Pacific Northwest. The team you manage will analyze big data, develop dynamic business solutions, research pioneering products, and collaborate across different functional teams. Strong business acumen and strategic leadership are both must haves. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities, vague requirements, and rapid iterations.

Problems we are solving:

What do people do when they are online and how is that different across devices? How will video content across television and various platforms tell a more complete story of advertising when paired with large scale data assets? What new technologies have made legitimate disruptions in the digital landscape and what is the sizing of their impact. In what ways does content influence behavior and how effective is advertising on that content? Why are there shifts in the ecosystems of search engines, social media, and retailers? How much of those trends are caused by company strategies as opposed to the evolution in the general population’s behavior?
