The ideal candidate is a dedicated person with leadership and management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to distill technical concepts down for non-technical audiences. The job requires leading a team of statisticians to improve the way we measure Internet and digital audiences while working closely across other analytics and product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to develop the next generation methodology for syndicated and custom products using a variety of digital and TV data assets
  • This is a technical position requiring analytical and market research expertise; experience working with very large data sets is preferred

Qualifications:

As the Survey Research Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities from project initiation to the creation of the final deliverables of concurrent custom survey research projects for comScore clients.     comScore is a leader in entertainment industry systems and consulting, working with top movie studios and theatre circuits to create a new generation of technical solutions and services that maximize efficiency, drive unprecedented revenue opportunities and aid the transition from film to digital. comScore is searching for an entry-level Client Support Associate to support Business Applications and Development.  This person will develop an in-depth knowledge of the application portfolio and will learn to produce functional documentation based on requirements. The Support Associate will also assist Customer Support, Training and QA as the need arrises.  The successful candidate will work with the Technical Team, Project  Managers, Business Analysts and Customers and will be an intrgral part of the development, deployment and support of the comScore products.

    • Strong interviewing techniques; ability to ask probing questions in a tactful and positive manner.
    • Balances multiple priorities and deadline
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics and/or related field
    • 1-2 years of work experience that includes analytical experience

    Job Title: Data Center Associate (Part-Time, Evenings, Weekends & Holidays)Location: Portland, ORReports To: Data Center Manager

    JOB FUNCTION

    Collects grosses for previous day on a nightly basis. Record and report trouble theatres. Enter data information in to the computer This is a part-time position and candidates must be available 7 nights a week. Shifts will vary and candidates must be willing to work on any night of the week starting at 6:00pm and could work as late as 1:00am.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Contacting theaters for missing grosses (sales information). • Strong attention to detail and monitor theater’s normal reporting time and evaluate the need to contact or communicate with the day shift on issues that cannot be handled during the shifts. • Collecting nightly grosses (sales information).• Keeping track of received data and source documents.• Preparing and sorting source documents, along with identifying and interpreting data to be entered. • Data entry of alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.• Make necessary corrections to information entered and compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered. • This position will also provide routine office support such as making copies, faxing, answering phones, prepares correspondence for mailing, and delivering and picking up correspondence.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Strong communication skills are also needed as this person will Contact originators of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. • Must have excellent computer skills. • 10 key experience preferred but not required.• Must be able to work nights. Shifts start at 6:00pm and work until midnight or later depending upon workload.
