Reporting to the Senior Director of Panel Development, the Mobile Panel Development Lead is responsible for developing mobile marketing initiatives to grow comScore's worldwide mobile research panel. This position is largely responsible for acquiring new members via app download marketing programs so a background and understanding of the mobile app marketing space is critical to success.

 

What You'll Do In This Role:

  • Launch, manage and optimize app download campaigns for multiple apps across various geographies for both Android and iOS

  • Manage progress of large-scale survey research projects to ensure accomplishment of client research objectives - this includes communication to anticipate challenges related to survey design, fielding/data collection, and project deliverables.  It also requires the Survey Research
  • Manager to take the lead role in active communication with the client and the Client Insights Team in reporting project progress, anticipating and overcoming project-related challenges, and assuring quality deliverables.
  • Identifying and gaining agreement on key client objectives and expectations regarding custom research clients

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Work experience that is analytical in nature, and experience with custom research is highly desired
  • Experience in an online environment/using online methodologies; experience monitoring studies in field to ensure that quotas and timelines are met

You'll work primarily on managing the generation and delivery of data related to ongoing brand and ad tracking projects and advertising effectiveness studies.  Additionally, you'll be involved with processing of data, deliverable preparation, data analysis, and responses to client/client service inquiries. You'll use your logic skills to be break down issues within the data, so that analysts can finalize projects.

 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Deliver exceptional client support including timely/informative responses to client service inquiries with sensitivity towards clients business objectives/goal
  • Engage in a wide range of project assignments such as: manipulating and interpreting data, creating deliverables, and assisting with project design
  • Perform various other tasks like monitoring project status, evaluating data quality, verifying survey accuracy, and preparing process documentation
  • Answer ad-hoc requests and support sales teams with data and insight.Manage multiple research projects concurrently
  • Lead projects which support company objectives and continuous improvement
  • Support additional tasks as the need arises

 

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Social Sciences, or quantitative field
  • Experience with data analysis and problem solving with data
  • Familiarity with survey research design and execution a plus
  • Experience with statistical software, such as SPSS, preferred
  • Proficient in Power Point, Word, and Excel
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

The successful candidate will simultaneously maintain integration workflows and communication with numerous Fortune 500 clients. A love of problem solving along with the ability to extract and communicate technical requirements from client communications is critical to success.

 

What You'll Do In This Role

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations, to create and implement client solutions for application measurement
  • Work with clients and peers to define technical requirements and translate these into an analytics strategy
  • Explain complex technical problems to internal and external clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Lead meetings with client technical resources and present comScore solutions
