In this role, you'll be working primarily in support of learning and training intitiatives for our global sales teams. 

 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Design and develop creative and highly engaging learning solutions using the most efficient delivery methods for the audience.
  • Collaborate with and support other learning team members, and partner with internal stakeholders and SMEs, to analyze needs, design and deliver training.
  • Create, maintain, and update project documentation and course materials.
  • Produce a variety of learning content including job aids, participant workbooks, facilitator guides, and references.
  • Produce multimedia assets for learning programs including graphics, presentations, websites, narration/audio, video and eLearning modules.
  • Ensure training content is clear, accurate, consistent, and aligned to corporate and learning brand standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while achieving project goals and deadlines.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience that includes a mix of training approaches -- instructor-led, asynchronous and synchronous e-Learning, self-directed, off-the-shelf, social, mobile and blended learning.
  • Proven ability to manage the development of instructional materials (tutorials, digital interactives, user guides, audio and video scripts, story boards, navigational text, etc.)
  • Strong visual design sense and a desire to work with a variety of digital formats: photo, illustration, video, and audio.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and eLearning authoring tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication. 
  • Ability to communicate well with a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical subjects in straightforward and engaging manner.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in an extremely fast paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning principles and instructional design methodology.
  • Experience with online teaching/learning methods, and being comfortable moderating webinar sessions.
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS). 
  • Experience supporting sales learning and development teams desired.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, communications or another relevant field is required.

This position is an entry level (Associate) Human Resources Generalist responsible for support and administration of HR policies, programs and processes for comScore's North America employees. We seek a candidate with strong work ethic, attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal skills and 2+ years of HR support experience or equivalent. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • HR Support: Manages New Hire HR Onboarding, Training & Orientation including QA of employee personal data into HRIS database and partnering with Benefits to ensure successful completion of required tasks
  • Serves as point of contact for employees on routine/day-to-day employee questions
  • Manages and responds to HR help request process (@ HR process)
  • Processes/approves various HR-related transactions in HRIS
  • Generates & utilizes data/reports from HRIS system
  • Administers HR programs including practices, policies, processes and administration of (eg., time tracking, absence management, payroll support, E-Verify, performance management, compliance training, rewards and recognition, etc.)
  • Makes recommendations for program development or HR deliverables based on analysis of related data/trends/employee relations issues
  • Supports comScore’s Immigration process
  • Works independently on ad-hoc projects and initiatives; involved in conducting needs assessments and delivering solutions to HR management
  • Manages HR-related content on the internal wiki
  • Assists with regular compliance/audits of employee documentation and help facilitate our document retention policy
  • Partners with other HR team members for various HR events including benefits open enrollment, wellness fairs, and other special events as needed
  • Helps the HR team to design and improve processes to better support our employees
  • Trains new HR staff, provides guidance to junior level employees
  • Tracks HR metrics; performs analysis of HR data; generates more complex reports; maintains headcount tracking
  • Regularly reviews HR processes and makes recommendations for process improvement; independently implements process changes to ensure efficiency and accuracy of HR deliverables

 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree; degree in Human Resources, business, social science or related field a strong plus
  • 2+ years HR support experience, or equivalent
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) 
  • Familiarity with immigration law and I-9 verifications, as well as supporting other HR team members with processing of documents.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation; Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and professional work styles as well as changing work environments/priorities
  • Good team partnering skills
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and work in fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee information and salary matters
  • Excellent MS Office suite skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
