In this role, you'll be working primarily in support of learning and training intitiatives for our global sales teams. 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Design and develop creative and highly engaging learning solutions using the most efficient delivery methods for the audience.
  • Collaborate with and support other learning team members, and partner with internal stakeholders and SMEs, to analyze needs, design and deliver training.
  • Create, maintain, and update project documentation and course materials.
  • Produce a variety of learning content including job aids, participant workbooks, facilitator guides, and references.
  • Produce multimedia assets for learning programs including graphics, presentations, websites, narration/audio, video and eLearning modules.
  • Ensure training content is clear, accurate, consistent, and aligned to corporate and learning brand standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while achieving project goals and deadlines.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience that includes a mix of training approaches -- instructor-led, asynchronous and synchronous e-Learning, self-directed, off-the-shelf, social, mobile and blended learning.
  • Proven ability to manage the development of instructional materials (tutorials, digital interactives, user guides, audio and video scripts, story boards, navigational text, etc.)
  • Strong visual design sense and a desire to work with a variety of digital formats: photo, illustration, video, and audio.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and eLearning authoring tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication. 
  • Ability to communicate well with a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical subjects in straightforward and engaging manner.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in an extremely fast paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning principles and instructional design methodology.
  • Experience with online teaching/learning methods, and being comfortable moderating webinar sessions.
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS). 
  • Experience supporting sales learning and development teams desired.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, communications or another relevant field is required.

Job Title:  Recruiting Coordinator

Reports To:  Director, Recruiting

Location:  Reston, VA

This positions will be responsible for providing recruiting operations support to the recruiting team, with a focus on supporting our US employees and candidates.  We seek a candidate with strong work ethic and desire to find solutions when presented with challenges and who wants to take ownership of multiple recruiting operations processes including candidate scheduling, seasonal college recruiting logistics, etc.  Experience in the HR and/or Staffing industry is a strong plus.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is hoping to grow a career in the recruiting/HR arena with a progressive company.

What You’ll Do In This Role:

Recruiting Support:

  • Work closely with the recruiting team in Reston, VA to coordinate and manage candidate interview schedules and travel arrangements and partner with recruiters to ensure flawless execution of the interview process and a strong candidate experience
  • Provide logistics support for college recruiting program including job postings, shipping of materials, scheduling interviews, making travel arrangements, tracking feedback, and other related tasks
  • Coordinate and execute program for summer interns including planning and hosting events, sending communications, and gathering feedback
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to oversee the use of temporary staffing agencies for various contract positions throughout the company
  • Maintain filing system for confidential candidate information and partner with HR team for new hire file creation and background check processing
  • Provide logistics guidance and instructions to new hires and managers prior to onboarding
  • Process invoices for various recruiting accounts and candidate travel reimbursement
  • Assist with various recruiting events as needed- open houses, career fairs, etc.

Immigration Sponsorship Support:

  • Provide timely support in filing forms and preparing necessary paperwork for employees who are requesting various types of work visa sponsorship
  • Partner with members of the recruiting team to track relevant immigration data and reports
  • Post jobs as necessary in conjunction with visa applications for employees

What You’ll Bring With You:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; degree in Human Resources, business, social science or related field a strong plus
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an HR or recruiting environment highly desired
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively without direct supervision, while maintaining attention to detail to produce high-quality results a must
  • Exceptional customer service orientation; Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and professional work styles as well as changing work environments/priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred; Workday and/or iCIMS experience a big plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally is essential
