Job Title: Lead Analyst, Media Insights – Digital Media

We’re looking for a creative, organized data nerd who is passionate about data accuracy and process efficiency. You’ll be collaborating with one of our largest clients on strategic research which directly impacts their bottom line.
In this role, you will become an expert in comScore products and capabilities, perform and deliver market research analyses, help clients gain business value from that data, deliver consultative presentations, and develop and grow client relationships. You will also provide superior client service by generating thoughtful responses to client inquiries, conducting product training and support, and demonstrating sensitivity to clients’ business objectives and goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Interpret data and communicate key findings and recommendations
•Clearly manage and communicate project timelines and specifications with internal and external stakeholders
•Prepare and lead internal and external calls and presentations; drive follow-ups
•Identify areas for process improvement; proactively and creatively implement solutions
•Recognize and diagnose data issues
•Become an industry expert through ongoing research, knowledge sharing, and engaging others in discussion
•Demonstrate leadership and enthusiasm with peers and clients, even in demanding situations
•Foster a climate that encourages open communication and trust
•Graduate degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Research or related field; MBA or equivalent work experience a plus
•4-7 years of work experience that includes analytical experience
•Advanced knowledge of Excel required; experience with R (or similar tools) a plus
•Strong problem-solving skills
•Proven proficiency with numbers and statistics, experience in extracting and analyzing large amounts of data, and an ability to consolidate and translate that data into business insight
•Strong project management with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with colleagues and clients in diverse departments, geographic locations, and time zones
•Strong client management skills with experience presenting to senior-level management
•Ability to manage and develop ongoing client relationships
•Proactive, independent thinker with high energy & positive attitude
•Team player willing to help others
•Experience with syndicated data or custom market research, analyzing users’ Internet behavior, consulting, or training customers a plus
