Analyst/Senior Analyst, Cross-Platform Insights (Client Facing)



In this position, you will become an expert in comScore's Cross-Platform products and capabilities while collecting and delivering exceptional data insights to help clients gain business value from that data. In addition, you will deliver consultative presentations, and develop and grow client relationships with the top media and broadcasting companies.  You will also provide superior client service by generating thoughtful responses to client inquiries, conducting product training, and demonstrating sensitivity to clients business objectives and goals. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for partnering with internal teams to help develop and provide deep insights in understanding Cross-Platform (TV + Digital) audiences. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, vague requirements, and rapid iterations. You will have visibility that you will not get at other organizations, including working directly with executive leadership.   • Engage in a wide range of project assignments such as: performing QA checks, manipulating and interpreting data, creating deliverables, assisting with product design, answering ad-hoc requests and supporting sales teams with data and insights
  • Provide day-to-day support to accounts around Cross-Platform data insights, interpretation, products, capabilities and methodology
  • Work closely with internal groups such as Project Managers, IT/Engineering, Analytics, Client Services and Sales to ensure client requests are recognized and addressed
  • Prepare and lead internal and external calls and presentations; drive follow-ups
  • Clearly manage and communicate project timelines and specifications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate leadership and enthusiasm with peers and clients, even in demanding situations
  • Understand client business needs and objectives to identify up-sell opportunities
  • Foster a climate that encourages open communication and trust


  • B.A or B.S in Business, Economics, Marketing, Research or related field
  • 2-5 years of media industry experience
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, VBA etc.) and PowerPoint skills required
  • Robust understanding of the television and digital industries, the major players and measurement models of those industries (e.g. TV ratings), is required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with colleagues and clients in diverse departments, geographic locations, and time zones
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, PowerPoint, Tableau, Keynote etc. a plus
  • Exceptional client management skills with experience presenting to senior-level management
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and goal-oriented coupled with a positive attitude
  • Fast learner, who works well within a team or autonomously
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
