Sales Operations Senior Analyst

ComScore is looking for a highly talented and hands-on Sales Operations Senior Analyst with CPQ experience. This role will work on the CPQ application, Salesforce, and quote to cash process for Sales. This role reports to the Sr. Director Sales Operations. The individual will help develop creative solutions that are consistent with ComScore’s business requirements and sales process. This role should have experience with the Salesforce.com platform.


  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce CPQ [Steelbrick] platform globally
  • Own the reports and metrics on the quote to cash process
  • Write and maintain complex price and product rules within the CPQ
  • Be responsible for gathering diverse business requirements and translating them to actionable systems solutions
  • Continually drive business value in the contracts & deal desk process
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM, CPQ, and sales operations
  • Interface with the end users to understand feature requirements and/ or address support issues
  • Identify contract process usage problems and develop creative solutions
  • Support and train new end users and peers on the CPQ application
  • Enjoy working independently, while engaging his/her supervisor as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining a CPQ [Salesforce Quote to Cash or Steelbrick] highly valued
  • 3+ years of high paced Salesforce admin work in a growing technology company
  • Extensive reporting and analytics experience
  • Ability to create and own sales and pricing models
  • Experience integrating with a CRM & CPQ
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization
  • Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies. Ability to handle full workload and meet deadlines
