Top U.S. Federal Government Properties Show Decline Over Previous Year

In July 2011, 87.6 million Americans visited government properties, showing a reach of 40.7 percent for the Government sector online. The National Institutes of Health (NIH.gov) ranked first, drawing 9.6 million unique visitors, followed by the Department of Education (ED.gov) and the Department of Commerce (including sites such as Weather.gov and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NOAA.gov).
