John M. Green Chief Financial Officer

John M. Green is chief financial officer of comScore, Inc. With more than 30 years of experience at both established public and emerging private companies, Mr. Green brings significant financial and operating management skills to comScore.

Mr. Green joins comScore from Invitrogen, a publicly held global life sciences corporation with $1.2 billion in revenue, where he served as CFO and U.S. services business leader for its subsidiary, BioReliance, a global biosafety testing and toxicology contract services company. Prior to that role, Mr. Green was responsible for managing finance, operations and overall integration of strategically acquired business units for Invitrogen. Mr. Green originally joined Invitrogen after leading the sale of InforMax, a publicly held NASDAQ corporation where he was COO and CFO.

Prior to 2001, Mr. Green honed his financial management, M&A and operations skills through a series of distinguished roles in several multi-national, publicly held corporations including HMSHost Corporation, Marriott International and PepsiCo. His accomplishments include serving as executive vice president of operations at HMSHost, senior vice president of finance and corporate controller at Marriott and director of business planning and director of finance, Central Europe, at PepsiCo, where he was based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Mr. Green earned his M.Sc. in Economics from The London School of Economics, and his B.A. from Tufts University.
