• Management and follow-up on invoice approvals to ensure timely processing and payment to vendor invoices
• Assist with the weekly payment cycles
• Responsible for data entry necessary to accurately maintain the vendor master files in the accounting system
• Assist with ensuring W-9’s are on file for all vendors in accordance with legal requirements.
• Prepare all vendor information and request forms W-9’s, ect.
• Ensure all Accounts Payable documentation is organized and filed on a timely basis to ensure efficient and timely access to supporting documentation by all accounting staff
• Assist with the determination of month end accruals for items not processed through the AP module of the accounting system
• Ensure all SOX requirements are being met on a consistent basis in accordance with our SOX documentation. Monitor and ensure procedural systems are working as designed and documented, identify issues and/or weaknesses and continually recommend process improvements.
• Serve as backup to the Travel & Expense Accountant
• Ensure employee expense reports are processed by the Accounting Clerk in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Ensure employee reimbursements are uploaded to the ADP payroll system in a timely and accurate manner ensuring all payroll processing deadlines are met on a weekly or bi-weekly payment cycle.
• Ensure employee reimbursement journal entries are uploaded from Concur to AX monthly at the conclusion of the actual processing
• Prepare monthly travel expense accrual as part of the month-end close cycle
• Serve as the system administrator for the Concur expense report processing system and initiate, facilitate and resolve any system issues, upgrades and integration activities

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.S. in Accounting or Business or relevant work experience
  • 2-3 years Accounts Payable or Accounting experience
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within this particular field
  • Knowledge of GAAP

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Ensure web content up to date, search engine friendly, correctly targeted and optimized for multiple devices.
  • Participate in the web development cycle, gather requirements, design and development new functionalities.
  • Enable data-drive decisions by ensuring measurement codes are in place, results are analyzed and reports are shared.
  • Help develop integrations between the Content Management Systems, Marketing Automation Tools and CRM.
  • Participate in ongoing research and evaluation of new related technologies.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Computer Science or comparable degree or experience.
  • 1 to 3+ years of related work experience in web system design and development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JQuery.
  • Thorough understanding and practical experience with PHP and MySQL.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Highly organized but flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work within a creative and independent environment, to manipulate data, statistically analyze data and convey findings. The Product Analyst develops new analytical products and refines current industry-specific product offerings.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

The CMS Operations Product Analyst within the Financial Services vertical will support team and organizational goals by providing industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and analytic development experience. Working as part of the Custom Analytics department within the company, this individual will work hands-on with the panel-collected data to analyze and maintain data quality and trends as well as apply statistical concepts to collected data to build a variety of predictive models. Core responsibilities of this position include:

 

  • Effectively understanding the business issues and data challenges of internal and external clients by providing data knowledge expertise and analysis, executing feasibility checks, and comprehending the data flow process.
  • Preserving quality data by implementing standard and independent QA processes, maintaining proprietary data collection programs, and resolving any data anomalies.
  • Utilizing statistical methods to further analyze available datasets, develop new predictive variables in order to ascertain key behavioral indicators, build segmentation schemes and develop predictive models and decision models.
  • Successfully coordinating among multiple internal teams to create and fully realize a new product or suite of reports by leveraging current proprietary software and/or collected data, developing SQL scripts to process the data, and providing finalized reporting sheets.
  • Understanding core products by researching industry trends, knowing the base data used in all delivered reports, and keeping track of current and potential clients.

 

Additional responsibilities may include managing lookup value tables, ensuring all data sources are working efficiently and all data is thoroughly QAed, helping to develop new data types and move reports into the internal reporting system. Meeting with external clients as needed.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • BS degree in an analytical related field. Master’s degree and/or Post education professional experience a must.
  • Knowledge of and practice in statistical data analysis and predictive/decision modeling. Statistical modeling experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and/or SAS/Other Statistical Software.
  • Strong analytical / critical thinking and innovation skills.
  • Interest and experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.
  • Flexible and able to work fast under tight deadlines with demanding quality requirements.
  • Creativity, self-motivation, and excellent time-management skills are all a necessity.
  • Greenplum (postgre sql) experience is a plus.
  • Senior Analyst will be considered based on experience and skill set.
