Product Manager - Audience Products (Reston, US) Req ID: 16303

This is a highly visible role in the comScore Audience Products team. You will be responsible for leading various products within the comScore Audience Products vertical, including the widely-used and industry-leading Media Metrix and Media Metrix Multi-Platform products. You will manage product lifecycles and delivery from ideation to launch, justify new product development or investments in existing products, determine and document product requirements, and support the sales and product service teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap

This role is responsible for helping to lead comScore's product management efforts in our Advertising Effectiveness product suite specific to the "buy side" (agencies/advertisers) users of our products.   • Experience with Agile development methods and actively using tools such as JIRA to write technical product requirements and manage product backlog and release cycles.
  • Proven ability to work in cross functional teams, with all levels of management.
  • Hands on experience with analytics tools and understanding of online measurement.

In this role, the Senior Analyst, Survey Insights will be responsible for supporting Senior Manager, Survey Insights in consulting with clients regarding project scope and methodology, in order to deliver strategic deliverables that meet the client’s objectives.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Assist Senior Manager, Survey Insights in managing multiple research projects concurrently, utilizing a variety of research methodologies/approaches (ex., panel based, on-device, online advertising effectiveness, online focus groups, website evaluations)
  • Assist Senior Manager, Survey Insights in the development of questionnaires
  • Oversee all data-related aspects of project execution (e.g., quality control assurance from fielding through report delivery)
  • Assist Senior Manager, Survey Insights in the progress of survey research projects to ensure they align with client’s research objectives - this includes communication to anticipate challenges related to survey design, fielding/data collection, and project deliverables.
  • Assist in analyzing data sets in order to communicate compelling insights to clients. Perform basic analysis of survey research results, including sub-group analysis for inclusion in reports. Basic analysis to include:
    • Produce descriptive analyses of results consistent with client research objectives
    •  Perform basic analyses of statistical significance using accepted measures such as t-tests, chi square and analysis of variance
    • Creation and implement of weighting schemes with supervision
  • Assist in designing/creating reports/presentations based on client needs
  • Support the preparation of client presentations
  • Support existing clients with company’s growth objectives in mind

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or quantitative field
  • Experience in an online environment/using online methodologies is required. Experience with custom research is an asset. Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Understanding of survey execution needs and requirements
  • Proficient in SPSS
