JOB FUNCTION:

Reporting to the Vice President External Reporting and Revenue, the Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable will be responsible for oversight of credit, billing and collections. Additionally, this Senior Manager will be responsible for timely and accurate recording of cash receipts while assisting management in general ledger analysis and developing and reporting on key performance indicators that will be used for analysis by the executive team.

The individual must possess leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within diverse environments. The individual will lead a team of eight across billing, collections and cash applications and will be responsible for enhancing existing policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise the Credit, Billing and Collections teams
  • Manage maintenance of customer master file
  • Oversee invoicing process to customers domestic and internationally
  • Administer company credit policy and recommend improvements to the process
  • Assure the timely and correct recording of all cash transactions to the ledger
  • Review AR related reconciliations monthly or quarterly as applicable
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators such as days sales outstanding

    The DBA is responsible for providing technical support for the database environment including overseeing the development and organization of the databases, assessment and implementation of new technologies, and providing Information Technology with a long-term perspective on the relationship of database technology to the business opportunities facing the company. It is extremely important to the company that on-line processing database systems offer the highest reliability and performance possible. The DBA is challenged to work with architecture, application development and operations to help achieve a state-of-the-art environment that meets current and future business objectives.

    JOB FUNCTION

    The Database Administrator will conduct thorough product testing and maintain agreed upon quality standards in order to provide the highest quality software products to both external and internal customers.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provides level (I) user support to internal and external clients; troubleshoots and resolves database connectivity issues and escalates issues when necessary
    • Creates basic applications; handles unique ad hoc requests
    • Ensures adherence to disaster recovery and backup schedules; ensures backups take place and resolves any backup/restore failures.
    • Handles server restarts on set schedules
    • Handles user access request; grants and appropriate access level Provide on-call support

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2-4 years of database administration experience of PostgreSQL servers in a Linux enviroment
    • Understanding of database administration, architecture and infrastructure
    • Ability and willingness to provide after-hour and weekend support if needed

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    • BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

    The Product Support Analyst works in our Ad Operations team and uses a deep technical understanding of the comScore AdEffx Product line to address internal and external clients’ questions and/or issues. Working under the direction of the Product Support Manager, you will act as a liaison building strong relationships with internal clients, engineers and product managers. Key responsibilities include data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities to find and report product bugs to engineering teams and track the resolution of these issues. Having a deep understanding and passion for the online environment will only aid your success at comScore.

    What You'll Do:

    • Analyze data sets within comScore's AdEffx suite of products. 
    • Identify patterns and trends within our AdEffx data, and conduct data investigations. 
    • Leverage SQL and Excel to analyze and dissect data issues that we commonly face. 

    What You'll Need: 

    • 0-2 years of experience in web support, data analysis, or client technical support
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in analytically oriented discipline
    • Experience in data analysis and problem solving, particularly with Excel, leveraging Pivot Tables as needed to segment data.
    • Strong skills in SQL, and the ability to do joins, loops and manipulate tables. 
    • Strong writing and technical documentation skills and a sense of creativity to develop and optimize deliveries and technical processes
