• Participate in all phases of STB testing/auditing process, including analyzing requirements, developing test plans, test cases, and execution of test scripts.

• Evaluates results of tests to verify that STB data in raw, repository and summarized states are as expected.
• Documents STB testing issues and assists development team with concise and detailed steps for duplication of the problems found while performing tests.

• Can assist fellow team members and customers with problem reporting and resolution and maintaining appropriate follow-up communications throughout the resolution process.

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Review and negotiate various types of agreements including services agreements, service orders, vendor agreements, and confidentiality agreements
  • Assist with the development and implementation of contract management systems, guidelines, agreement templates, and process enhancements
  • Develop and maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract specifications are incorporated into various types of agreements

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department environment, or related experience

 QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree and  6 years professional sales experience, or advanced degree and at least 4 years of professional sales experience
  • A highly aggressive and analytical sales professional with a proven track record of success in cultivating client relationships
  • Specific experience managing or selling syndicated research tools and/or advertising effectiveness measurement services and/or custom research solutions to marketing, market research, and advertising agencies
  • Experience and established contacts and relationships within the media/advertising industry a strong plus
