JOB FUNCTION: This Analyst will help support comScore’s relationships with clients at top publishers and media companies by managing deliveries of comScore data, helping clients gain business value from that data, and preparing and delivering reports and analyses. This person will provide superior client service to these firms including timely and informative responses to client inquiries, product training and support, and demonstrate sensitivity to clients business objectives and goals with the guidance of their manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

 

  • Deliver exceptional client service support to leading media clients   
  • Communicate regularly with clients and agencies, keeping them engaged and utilizing our data   Project management across several accounts, including conducting kick off calls, hosting training sessions with clients and working with internal comScore teams to effectively launch new projects   Collaborate with internal teams, working together to keep projects on track and resolving issues as they arise

QUALIFICATIONS:   

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative or technical field
  • 2-4 years of work experience that includes analytical experience
  • Experience in a consulting role, with an advertising agency or with a digital media company is a plus  Experience with syndicated data or custom market research and specifically analyzing advertising metrics or users
  • Internet behavior is a plus
  • Proven proficiency with numbers and statistics, experience in analyzing large amounts of data, and an ability to consolidate and translate that data into business insight

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

 

 

 

The Manager of Marketing Solutions will support the company's goals through a range of Account Management, Analytical, Consulting, and Sales functions related to the online and mobile financial services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a series of accounts, and partnering with comScore Analysts to deliver our unique analysis and research services, leveraging comScore’s core capabilities to address clients' strategic and tactical marketing challenges. This Manager will:

 

  • Manage a team of analysts who manage all aspects of client deliveries; management experience is a must
  • Partner with Client Service Analysts and Custom Analytics partners on complex data sets, data quality assurance; assess and monitor quality assurance processes, and work cross functionally towards process improvement; Communicate project objectives and client needs to client service, custom analytics, product management and other internal teams
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business in order to demonstrate how the comScore product line can assist them to achieve their business goals
  • Keep abreast of industry trends; Uncover and understand the needs and challenges of our Fortune 500 financial services clients; address these through business analysis, recommendations and ongoing consultation based on our unique information services and ability to assess markets, customers, competitors and prospects
  • Deliver superior client service by exceeding client expectations and producing actionable insights that drive additional engagements and on-time renewals
  • Provide thought leadership in online and mobile banking strategies, best practices, trends, and core business drivers – both internally and externally. Regularly present to clients, prospects, and at industry forums
  • Work to identify cross-sell and/or upsell opportunities.  Partner with Sales to identify, pitch and close new business.
  • Build comScore's revenues through services that deliver a high return on our clients' investment in our solutions, ultimately achieving or exceeding an annual business plan
  • Exemplify comScore's tradition of analytical and client service excellence and industry leadership

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

  • Payment industry experience a plus; Digital experience a must
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Flexibility and ability to work fast under tight deadlines with demanding quality requirements
  • Excellent client servicing skills, including demonstrated ability to understand client needs and leverage data to deliver actionable insights
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic sales plans that create customer value and fuel future growth
  • Direct experience with digital market research and/or analytics based products is a plus
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree and 5-7 years professional experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
