JOB FUNCTION

The Operations Quality Control Analyst will conduct testing on various Set Top Boxes (STBs) using direct remote control access, Slingbox access, and/or access via automated testing software. The Operations QC Analyst will work to understand the business requirements and objectives relative to the desired functionality of STBs. Additionally this role will evaluate and test new STB models as they enter the lab environment, and develop automated test scripts to perform STB audits.   • Participate in all phases of STB testing/auditing process, including analyzing requirements, developing test plans, test cases, and execution of test scripts.

  • Evaluates results of tests to verify that STB data in raw, repository and scheudlized states are as expected.

  • Use your expertise to take on and solve complex technical problems during the development lifecycle
  • Implement automation initiatives that reduce time spent on development and QA processes
  • Participate in ongoing research and evaluation of new related technologies

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting large web applications
  • Familiarity with agile methodology; ability to estimate scope, break up problems into deliverable chunks, and pivot when requirements change
  • Deep experience using C#, .NET  ASP.NET, in a MVC framework is needed.
  • JavaScript experience is important for this role. We've used a mix of Knockout, Angular, and others, so we're flexible.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting large web applications
  • Familiarity with agile methodology; ability to estimate scope, break up problems into deliverable chunks, and pivot when requirements change
  • Deep experience using C#, .NET  ASP.NET, in a MVC framework is needed.
  • JavaScript experience is important for this role. We've used a mix of Knockout, Angular, and others, so we're flexible.
  • SQL Server experience is critical, and you'll need to understand data selection, manipulation and basis joins, as well as other SQL functions, such as indexing, etc.

Reporting to the Senior Panel Development Manager, the Associate Panel Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting online and mobile marketing initiatives to grow comScore's worldwide research panels. This includes digital and mobile marketing, website content management, and other marketing programs.

What You'll Do In This Role:

  • Manage relationships with existing partners and affiliates, providing testing, support, and reporting
  • Manage set-up for new partners as they are brought on-board through Technical, Legal, and Accounting processes
  • Monitor recruiting campaigns on a daily basis and alert team to changes in performance
  • Conduct analysis of recruiting efforts to understand impact of various programs
  • Assist with content and translations for all of comScore panel websites
  • Collaborate with a variety of cross functional teams including Technology, Survey Operations, Legal, Panel Science, and Client Service
  • Support other various recruiting initiatives as needed
