This individual should have a passion for defining and leading operations teams. This person will lead comScore's digital operations teams, supporting multiple products in multiple markets, and ultimately help scale data solutions to meet market demands. Duties and responsibilities:

Define and deliver against operations objectives, supporting both US and INTL markets across many digital measurement products. Test new concepts and integrate into a scalable production environment. Participate in ongoing research and evaluation of new technologies. Exercise your experience in the development lifecycle through analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of this system. Collaborate with teams in Software Engineering, Operations, and Product Management to deliver timely and quality data. You will be the knowledge expert, delivering quality data to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a quantitative subject such as Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, etc.
  • Experience in data analysis and creative problem solving with big data.

  • The Senior Statistical Analyst is responsible for manipulating large data sets to develop statistical models and methodologies in a fast paced business environment.     Responsibilities:

    • Primary owner of the sampling and projection methodology for reporting comScore’s panel data and will be a key point of contact for questions and issues that arise around data production
    • Key resource for production tasks, who will develop a thorough understanding of our sampling and weights generation process. This is not an engineering role, though some coding is needed from time to time.
    • Investigate potential data issues found in comScore’s reports and work efficiently with other internal departments to get problems resolved, propose solutions and implement future safeguards.

    The ideal candidate is a dedicated person with team leadership and management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to distill technical concepts down for non-technical audiences. The job requires leading a team of statisticians to improve the way we measure Internet and digital audiences while working closely across other analytics and product teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team to develop the next generation methodology for syndicated and custom products using a variety of digital and TV data assets
    • This is a technical position requiring analytical and market research expertise; experience working with very large data sets is preferred

    Qualifications:
