  • Design/write new survey questions based on direction from Product team.
  • Coordinate with Survey Operations team to ensure proper fielding of questionnaires.
  • Oversee all data-related aspects of post-survey testing (e.g., quality assurance performed on data returned from new and edited survey questions)
  • Manage progress of survey enhancements to ensure accomplishment of research objectives - this includes communication to anticipate challenges related to survey design, fielding/data collection, and interface reporting.
  • It also requires the Survey Manager to coordinate communication with the Product Team regarding reporting progress, anticipating and overcoming challenges, and assuring quality deliverables.
  • Analyze large data sets in order to communicate compelling insights to internal teams. Perform basic analysis of survey research results, including sub-group analysis for inclusion in reports.
  • Basic analysis to include:
      • Produce descriptive analysis of results consistent with product objectives
      • Perform basic analysis of statistical significance
      • Design/create reports/summaries based on Product Team needs
      • Prepare and present analysis with findings and recommendations to Product Team and internal analysts on team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced Degree or significant experience in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or quantitative field
  • At least 2-3 years of survey research experience with the ability to manage projects from start to finish independently using a variety of research methodologies.
  • Experience in an online environment/ using online methodologies is required. Experience with custom research is an asset.

Responsibilities:

JOB FUNCTION:   

 

Analyze comScore data and deliver strategic custom reports, analyses and business insights to Fortune 500 clients within a vertical industry (primarily the Health/Pharmaceutical industry).  

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

 

  • Conduct industry and web site research, perform data quality assurance checks and investigations, analyze large amounts of data, research changes in trends, prepare spreadsheet reports (think Excel) and slide presentations (think Power Point), and present findings to existing clients to help them understand the data and gain business value from it. 
  • Become expert in comScore advertising effectiveness, brand tracking, syndicated, and custom market research projects and capabilities 
  • Help manage contract renewals with clients in a timely manner
  • Assist with Incubation new products; help improve and grow them to meet clients peers in a team-oriented operating structure
  • Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude

 

QUALIFICIATIONS:

 

  • Bachelors Degree with a some quantitative focus such as Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Engineering and/or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or Journalism with the ability to understand complex ideas, statistical concepts and their application. 
  • Experience within college coursework or internships that is analytical in nature, such as experience with syndicated data or custom research.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in quantitative or technical field

This highly visible role is responsible for leading comScore’s Product Management efforts within the digital programmatic trading ecosystem. Professional Experience:

  • 3-5+ years in product management for a technology or software company building products in the digital advertising space
  • Solid understanding of web development and client/server technologies. Individual should have knowledge and be able to question and challenge product feasibility, configuration and scope on user interface, API, application layer and server architecture proposals.
  • Experience with Agile development methods and actively using tools such as JIRA to write technical product requirements and manage product backlog and release cycles.
  • Proven ability to work in cross functional teams, with all levels of management
  • Hands on experience with analytics tools and understanding of online measurement
