  • Manage a team of analysts who manage all aspects of client deliveries; management experience is a must
  • Partner with Client Service Analysts and Custom Analytics partners on complex data sets, data quality assurance; assess and monitor quality assurance processes, and work cross functionally towards process improvement; Communicate project objectives and client needs to client service, custom analytics, product management and other internal teams
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business in order to demonstrate how the comScore product line can assist them to achieve their business goals
  • Keep abreast of industry trends; Uncover and understand the needs and challenges of our Fortune 500 financial services clients; address these through business analysis, recommendations and ongoing consultation based on our unique information services and ability to assess markets, customers, competitors and prospects
  • Deliver superior client service by exceeding client expectations and producing actionable insights that drive additional engagements and on-time renewals
  • Provide thought leadership in online and mobile banking strategies, best practices, trends, and core business drivers – both internally and externally. Regularly present to clients, prospects, and at industry forums
  • Work to identify cross-sell and/or upsell opportunities.  Partner with Sales to identify, pitch and close new business.
  • Build comScore's revenues through services that deliver a high return on our clients' investment in our solutions, ultimately achieving or exceeding an annual business plan

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

  • Payment industry experience a plus; Digital experience a must

  • Previous experience as a sales engineer or pre-sales consultant supporting an enterprise software solution highly desired
