The Survey Research Analyst will play a key role in comScore's Brand Research team.

 

They will be responsible for the coordination of all activities of client projects from project initiation to the presentation of final deliverables, including survey set up, data generation, and deliverable creation. Our Engineering team is a small team of highly skilled data junkies. We wear many hats and do whatever we can to please our customers. Everyone is expected to help where they can. Engineers and managers test. QA Engineers may help write code if they can. There are very few job boundaries with our team. You will never hear "not my job" in our team. The person that accepts this Senior-level position will be responsible for overseeing all quality initiatives for our Branded Entertainment, X-Stream, and SponsorIQ product platforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Develop Acceptance Criteria with Product Owner.
• Develop test plans, test strategies, and test cases for the team that satisfy the Acceptance Criteria.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with software engineering, statistical services, and product management to develop new methodologies to report cutting-edge digital advertising measurement
  • Facilitate product operations including analyzing process and data anomalies, and fielding client inquiries. This includes working with Software Engineers, Operations, Product Support to deliver timely and quality data
  • Help drive process improvements, define QA processes, and integrate process enhancements into production process.
  • Build ad-hoc custom solutions to meet market & internal needs for audience measurement reporting.
  • Work across functional teams to identify and resolve data issues. Apply critical thinking to quickly resolve issues. May require client interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject such as Statistics, Engineering, Economics, etc.
  • Experience in data analysis and problem solving with large amounts of data.
  • Experience in building methodologies and custom data solutions
  • Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast paced business environment.

The Senior UX Designer draws from disciplines like: information architecture, interaction design, human factors engineering, and others to complete their work. THE Senior UX Designer is also responsible for creating the HTML/CSS/JS to support wireframes and designs. They will have a thorough understanding of the latest JavaScript frameworks and libraries to implement and modify as needed within the code.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interaction design of all new or updated user interfaces (UI) in concert with the overall user experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education:
