QUALIFACTIONS

The Financial Systems Administrator will play a key role within comScore, helping to support the internal systems and servers that power the back end of our Finance and Accounting teams. What You'll Do In This Role:

  • Maintaining AX roles and processes within the existing system, including:
    • Security Roles
    • Chart of accounts (adding new accounts, modifying existing accounts)
    • AX currencies (adding new currencies, uploading exchange rate using Excel upload tool)
    • AX workflows (modifying existing department driven workflows)
    • AX financial dimensions (adding new departments)
  • Monthly integration of revenue sub-ledger entries into AX (via existing integration tool)
  • Monthly integration of cash\collection sub-ledger entries into AX (via existing integration tool)
  • Handling workflow stopped errors (vendor invoice, requisition and PO workflows)
  • JIRA ticketing system (creating, maintaining open tickets)
  • Assist with revenue system periodic maintenance. (user security, running correcting SQL scripts received from software vendor
  • Assist with writing new AX SQL reports and maintaining existing ones.
  • Install quarterly Windows updates on various production servers.

What You'll Bring With You:

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Office Coordinator is tasked with a wide variety of facility and administrative related responsibilities. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all office inquiries. The Office Coordinator is highly visible, and requires a high level of professionalism.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Space planning & seating assignments
  • Coordinate internal office moves & relocations
  • Maintains floor plans & emergency evacuation procedures
  • Submit requests & work orders to property management & external vendors
  • Effectively manage relationships with vendors, service providers, property management, etc.
  • Procurement & stocking of office supplies, snacks, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to executive staff (expense reconciliation & occasional travel coordination)
  • Provide general reception support to the office (answering phones, greeting guests, answering/routing inquiries).
  • Planning and support of office outings/parties
  • Meeting support (conference room booking & setup, catering, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Office/Facilities coordination experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in Facility Operations strongly desired
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizations, and multiple facilities
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task required
  • Must have strong decision making skills and the ability to work independently
