This is a highly visible role in the comScore Audience Products team. You will be responsible for leading various product efforts within the comScore Audience Products vertical, including the widely-used and industry-leading Mobile Metrix, Media Metrix and Media Metrix Multi-Platform products. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with software engineering, statistical services, and product management to develop new methodologies to report cutting-edge digital advertising measurement
  • Facilitate product operations including analyzing process and data anomalies, and fielding client inquiries. This includes working with Software Engineers, Operations, Product Support to deliver timely and quality data.
  • Help drive process improvements, define QA processes, and integrate process enhancements into production process.
  • Build ad-hoc custom solutions to meet market & internal needs for audience measurement reporting
  • Work across functional teams to identify and resolve data issues
  • Apply critical thinking to quickly resolve issues. May require client interaction

 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject such as Statistics, Engineering, Economics, etc.  
  • Experience in data analysis and problem solving with large amounts of data 
  • Experience in building methodologies and custom data solutions  
  • Working knowledge of the digital media ecosystem such as advertising   technology, Web analytics, targeting, publishing, digital agencies, etc.  
  • Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
  • Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast paced business   environment.  
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams
  • Knowledge of relational databases and methods for efficient data retrieval  
  • Experience with SQL Server, Hadoop or knowledge of relational databases and methods for efficiently retrieving data
  • Candidates with hands-on coding experience from scratch are preferred
