JOB FUNCTION

 

The Schedule Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that schedule data in the comScore TV Essentials system is accurate, with an emphasis on reviewing the data from the networks and stations that use TV Essentials products.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Review incoming time-sensitive schedule data for accuracy on a daily basis.
  • Priority will be given to reviewing daily schedule files provided by TV Essentials clients.
  • Edit/update schedules, using provided web-based tools, within the expected timeframe. 
  • Perform web-based research and data entry in tandem with ongoing auditing of reports that utilize schedule data.
  • Monitor TV Essentials reports to ensure schedule changes are reflected as expected.
  • Ensure that Network and Series metadata is accurate and complete. Other duties may be assigned.

Immigration Sponsorship Support:

  • Provide timely support in filing forms and preparing necessary paperwork for employees who are requesting various types of work visa sponsorship
  • Over time, serve as main point of contact for comScore’s relationship with our immigration attorney
  • Post jobs as necessary in conjunction with visa applications for employees

 

QUALIFACTIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; degree in Human Resources, business, social science or related field a strong plus
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an HR or recruiting environment highly desired
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively without direct supervision, while maintaining attention to detail to produce high-quality results a must

The Financial Systems Administrator will play a key role within comScore, helping to support the internal systems and servers that power the back end of our Finance and Accounting teams. What You'll Do In This Role:

  • Maintaining AX roles and processes within the existing system, including:
    • Security Roles
    • Chart of accounts (adding new accounts, modifying existing accounts)
    • AX currencies (adding new currencies, uploading exchange rate using Excel upload tool)
    • AX workflows (modifying existing department driven workflows)
    • AX financial dimensions (adding new departments)
  • Monthly integration of revenue sub-ledger entries into AX (via existing integration tool)
  • Monthly integration of cash\collection sub-ledger entries into AX (via existing integration tool)
  • Handling workflow stopped errors (vendor invoice, requisition and PO workflows)
  • JIRA ticketing system (creating, maintaining open tickets)
  • Assist with revenue system periodic maintenance. (user security, running correcting SQL scripts received from software vendor
  • Assist with writing new AX SQL reports and maintaining existing ones.
  • Install quarterly Windows updates on various production servers.
  • Maintaining AX and Revenue system test environments

What You'll Bring With You: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS or related field
  • 1-5 years experience in a technical role - with experience providing user support, system management and implementation
  • Experience in network and server management, as well as financial systems administration experience
  • Experience with MS Dynamics AX and/or Softrax is very nice to have. Experience with Netsuite would be outstanding.

JOB FUNCTION:

 

The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between comScore and several of our key clients to maximize usage and satisfaction with comScore’s products and services, resulting in customer retention and up-selling additional services. They are to create and maintain ongoing relationships with their account base by offering outstanding customer service, contact and training.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Establish strong and productive relationships with clients, including client personnel from research, ad sales, content, business development or other points of contact.
    • Expertise in comScore’s Television products and delivery platforms: TV Essentials, Station View Essentials, Rubik, comScore Syndication, Multiscreen Essentials and OnDemand Essentials.
    • Understand the principle business objectives and goals of the account, and how comScore services help the account meet those objectives.
    • Build client relationships by acting as the interface between Client Service Representatives and Sales teams.
    • Proactively manage client communications, responding promptly to questions, concerns and problems.
    • Monitor client logins to the comScore sites and provide account reviews to ensure clients are maximizing use and value, and, as a result, are extremely satisfied and knowledgeable of all comScore’s services.
    • Identify opportunities for up-selling comScore’s products to existing clients.
    • Act as the customer advocate internally to comScore to ensure project goals, needs and issues are clearly understood by internal departments, and provide clarity as needed.
    • In a proactive manner, look for ways to improve client deliverables, anticipate customer needs, and offer creative solutions.
    • Serve as internal expert on each assigned account. Answer client questions and ensure all issues are resolved.
    • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal comScore teams (CSRs, Sales, Analytical Solutions, and IT)
    • Develop PowerPoint presentations, analyze data, and maintain account information in SalesForce.
    • Travel to client locations and attend sales meetings as necessary 

 .QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 Years Network Sales or Research Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university
  • Competency working with complex research/measurement data
  • Minimum of three years account management experience with a research product
  • Strong data, analytics, and decision making abilities
  • Demonstrated success in managing executive relationships and delivering to client needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate well with people at all levels of an organization both internally and externally, both written and verbally
  • Ability to formulate action plans and execute initiatives.

Job Title: Release/ Deployment Engineer       

Location: Portland, OR

Reports to: Senior Manager, Software Engineering

 

 

JOB FUNCTION

 

Our release engineers, part of the Software Configuration Management (SCM) team, are responsible for managing all aspects of the release process: building release candidates, running automated tests, deploying releases, and coordinating with developers and QA as necessary to identify and resolve merge conflicts and test failures.  The release engineer works under the supervision of a team lead and Software Development Manager.

 

In addition to SCM responsibilities, this role includes some elements of software development (a goal of 20% or more of time spent coding).  Candidates should be able to read and write code for small-scale to mid-sized enhancements, bug fixes, and automation projects, and should be familiar with unit tests, code reviews, and the software development process in general. 

 

Our release process involves Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Selenium, and Capistrano in a Linux environment, with scripting and software development primarily in Ruby, Perl, and C#.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Build and deploy daily releases.
  • Run daily automated tests.
  • Coordinate and execute out of cycle deploys (successfully handle context switching).
  • Synchronize and merge releases and additional code with canonical master branch.
  • Monitor all aspects of the release process and coordinate with other teams to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Communicate with developers and managers regarding the status of releases.
  • Develop small to mid-sized software enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Understand ROI and automate the release process where the ROI makes sense.
  • Document the release processes.
  • Be on call (based on a rotating 24/7 schedule) to handle emergency maintenance work and deploys outside of normal business hours.

  

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related area or at least 2+ years of experience in the field of release management or in a related area.
  • Competency in authoring, interpreting, and debugging software.
  • Has knowledge of commonly used software development concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of object oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, Perl, etc.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to effectively interact with other team members and understand instruction or training provided.
