ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Contacting theaters for missing grosses (sales information).
• Strong attention to detail and monitor theater’s normal reporting time and evaluate the need to contact or communicate with the day shift on issues that cannot be handled during the shifts.
• Collecting nightly grosses (sales information).
• Keeping track of received data and source documents.
• Preparing and sorting source documents, along with identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
• Data entry of alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.
• Make necessary corrections to information entered and compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
• This position will also provide routine office support such as making copies, faxing, answering phones, prepares correspondence for mailing, and delivering and picking up correspondence.

 

QUALIFICATIONS


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills are also needed as this person will Contact originators of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• 10 key experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work nights. Shifts start at 6:00pm and work until midnight or later depending upon workload.

JOB FUNCTION:

 

The Senior Manager, Sales will support the company's goals through a range of business development, consulting, and analytic sales functions. Responsible for selling our unique research and measurement services to leading media companies, marketers and digital ecosystem organizations; leveraging comScore's core capabilities to address clients' strategic and tactical marketing challenges.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for selling our unique research and measurement services to leading media companies, marketers and digital ecosystem organizations; leveraging comScore's core capabilities to address clients' strategic and tactical marketing challenges 
  • Research and develop a list of prospects ranging from media companies, marketers, and digital organizations and develop solid, strategic relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts in the Eastern and Central United States regions 
  • Cultivate new relationships within companies to set up in person meetings to discuss the value of the comScore product suite 
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client's business and demonstrate how the comScore solutions can assist them to achieve their business goals 
  • Uncover and understand the business needs and challenges of prospects; address these through business analysis, recommendations and consultation based on our unique information services and ability to assess markets, customers, competitors and prospects 
  • Exemplify comScore's tradition of analytical and client service excellence and industry leadership

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree and 4+ years professional experience (experience within the digital marketing industry strongly preferred (online publisher/media company, digital agency, or market research firm) 
  • A highly aggressive, proven sales professional with a proven track record of success
  • 3 to 5 years direct sales experience required with online media sales experience strongly preferred 
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystem, data, research and how information can be applied to help clients to achieve their goals.
  • Direct experience selling digital solutions is a big plus 
  • A high intellect individual who combines analytical excellence, razor-sharp communications skills and an ability to build outstanding client relationships
  • A relentless work ethic and a desire to go the extra mile 
  • A desire to aggressively further business in an innovative, fast-paced and winning company 
  • Established contacts and relationships within the industry a strong plus 
  • Flexibility and ability to work fast under tight deadlines and demanding quality requirements

The IT Internal Auditor is responsible for assisting in the evaluation of the comScore's processes, assessing and testing business risks and controls to ensure regulatory and operational compliance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Assist with IT internal audit planning stages, risk assessment, documenting and evaluating processes and internal controls.
  • Work closely with IT, compliance management and external auditors to assure that testing of IT general controls is effectively planned and executed
  • Execute against audit plans and programs, including directing and supervising internal audit staff and/or external contractors
  • Prepare and communicates audit reports that accurately reflect issues noted and that facilitates remediation by IT and business management
  • Plan and conducts audits over IT systems/applications development and implementations, including project governance/management risk assessments
  • Remain current and increase knowledge in the areas of auditing, relevant IT systems and applications and related technologies, utilizing self-study and/or continuing education
  • Prepare detailed working papers and documenting audit conclusions.
  • Work on recommendations of the changes to processes or systems to increase operational efficiency, mitigate risks to ensure comScores compliance.
  • Follow up on internal control deficiencies and monitoring remediation actions to ensure they are enacted in a timely manner.
  • Prepare various analyses, audit reports, and other audit tasks as necessary.
  • Travel is required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 2-3 years of CPA audit experience or equivalent public/internal control concepts
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Business, Accounting or Information Systems, or related degree required
  • CISA strongly preferred; CISM, CISSP, CPA, or CIA certification or comparable accreditation is preferred.
  • Experience with technology tools, including the collection and analysis of complex data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions is required
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as ACL, Alteryx, and/or IDEA
  • Process oriented, highly organized, with professional attention to detail and work quality.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in priorities and ability to multitask to ensure critical deadlines are met.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

1-2 years of CPA/internal control concepts audit experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Accounting, Auditing, IT or Business

CPA and/or CIA certification is preferred

Proficient understanding in the business and compliance risks and internal controls function.

Proficient in auditing methodology, work paper documentation.

Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as ACL, Alteryx, and/or IDEA is a plus

Prepare various analyses, audit reports, and other audit tasks as necessary.

Process oriented, highly organized, with professional attention to detail and work quality.

Able to work both independently and collaboratively

Flexibility to adapt to changes in priorities and ability to multitask to ensure critical deadlines are met.

Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful

Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
