What You’ll Do In This Role:

Recruiting Support:

  • Work closely with the recruiting team in Reston, VA to coordinate and manage candidate interview schedules and travel arrangements and partner with recruiters to ensure flawless execution of the interview process and a strong candidate experience
  • Provide logistics support for college recruiting program including job postings, shipping of materials, scheduling interviews, making travel arrangements, tracking feedback, and other related tasks
  • Coordinate and execute program for summer interns including planning and hosting events, sending communications, and gathering feedback
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to oversee the use of temporary staffing agencies for various contract positions throughout the company

  • Provide timely support in filing forms and preparing necessary paperwork for employees who are requesting various types of work visa sponsorship
  • Partner with members of the recruiting team to track relevant immigration data and reports

What You’ll Bring With You:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; degree in Human Resources, business, social science or related field a strong plus
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an HR or recruiting environment highly desired

  • Manage progress of large-scale survey research projects to ensure accomplishment of client research objectives - this includes communication to anticipate challenges related to survey design, fielding/data collection, and project deliverables.  It also requires the Survey Research
  • Manager to take the lead role in active communication with the client and the Client Insights Team in reporting project progress, anticipating and overcoming project-related challenges, and assuring quality deliverables.

TV is evolving. ComScore’s 22 million households and their 52 million TVs are changing the way Local Television programs are bought and negotiated!  We are looking for an exceptional addition to our Local Television Agency team.  Because of our rapid grow, we need qualified Account Manager candidates who can oversee agency usage and training of our local television currency product.  You will be assigned one of 4 territories covering the U.S. Your role is to be the brand ambassador of comScore Local TV measurement product.  You will manage the company’s relationship with your clients by providing comScore overviews, education, onboarding, and training as need. This is not a sales position but you will partner with your regional sales director to insure the use and success of the client agency.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Senior Analyst

 

LEADERSHIP

  • Deliver/share trending and key insights with clients beyond the individual study to help them gain broader insights and understand the use cases for our data. Look to incorporate additional comScore data assets to tell a holistic story with BSLs, OSLs. ALs (for example, if purchased, vCE or syndicated data sources could be included.)
  • Proactively talk to clients about what met their needs and where there are opportunities for improvement in future projects.  
  • Drive future business by actively listening during meetings for clues of dissatisfaction/satisfaction/needs, frustrations with comScore or other vendors. Ask clients questions about upcoming campaigns and actively communicate with sales and provide potential leads.
  • Proactively share new learnings from cases, BSL/AL/OSL deliveries, work with emerging products, client calls, etc. with the broader team to ensure all team members are updated on new findings.
  • Proactively communicate with the product team and vertical teams to enhance client deliverables by leveraging past project experience.
  • Lead trainings for new team members, help to develop materials for trainings, and offer support to help answer questions.
  • Begin reviewing other team members work and providing feedback.  Work with new team members to formulate actionable insights for the client based on the data.

 

COMMUNICATION

  • Independently lead in-person and WebEx meetings
  • Master storytelling with data best practices with little oversight by a manager
  • Strong ability to escalate issues in a constructive manner and to the proper person
  • Be an active participant with team objectives (taskforces) , team meetings, and cross-functional or cross-team partnerships
  • Proactively engage clients with comScore data and how the data/research is relevant to their campaign goals and meeting their needs.  
  • Speak to other comScore products when there are opportunities for improvement and where additional products can be leveraged to meet client needs

 

KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT

  • Exhibit a relative and current understanding of industry-related news, hot topics, processes, etc. while also speaking to comScore’s place and purpose within that larger ecosystem.
  • Can speak to comScore’s methodology across AdEffx products without assistance.
  • Display a basic understanding of products outside of the AdEffx suite (MMX, cross-media, etc.)
  • Take the initiative to learn about or continue to develop a skill that is useful in your professional career.            
  • Demonstrate a desire to mentor a fellow teammate; must hold recurring meetings and set clear goals.                        

 

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Function as key point of contact for any client type (high/medium/low touch).  
  • Able to support sales staff on existing account calls as a product expert on the AdEffx suite.
  • Independently lead status calls with clients and host training/report delivery meetings. Take ownership for delivering actionable insights and outlining next steps.
  • Build comfort attending in-person client meetings and owning the bulk of results presentation or onboarding.  
  • Can present research findings to clients in a clear, concise manner that engages clients and makes it easy for them to understand our products/research.  Begin to demonstrate the ability to think quickly during meetings and answer client questions on the spot (or follow up when questions are more complex)
  • Uses standard project management tools and procedures (i.e. KOC documents, Appirio, BSL timelines, AMT and Permission Manager for logins). Evaluates ease of use for general procedures and recommends efficiency updates to management.  Handles basic revenue recognition tasks (i.e. posting evidence of delivery).
  • Can handle – or willing to learn to handle or collaborate on – projects for any AdEffx product.
  • Strives to explain the 'why' behind data results and formulate recommendations for Lift analyses, collaborating with the research team on survey design and deeper analysis as needed.  

Broadens knowledge of comScore products for more advanced recommendations and client guidance - learning about ETV/TVE, Plan Metrix, Segment Metrix, OTT report, to speak to targeting and multi-platform impact.
