Comscore Appoints Alexander J. Banks as Managing Director of Latin American Markets

Banks to Oversee Business Development and Market Expansion in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Venezuela

RESTON, VA, July 9, 2008 – Comscore, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOR), a leader in measuring the digital world, today named Alexander J. Banks the managing director of Comscore Latin America. Mr. Banks will be responsible for expanding sales of Comscore’s syndicated online audience measurement services, including its flagship Comscore MMX and Comscore qSearch products. He will be focusing on new business development in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Venezuela.

Mr. Banks brings to Comscore more than 10 years of experience in online information, market research and consulting in both the United States and Latin America. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Banks was previously the director of business development, Latin America at The Economist Intelligence Unit/The Economist Group, where he successfully built and managed a team of 20 in-country sales representatives to grow subscription and research/consulting services for the Latin American region. He also worked as a regional account manager, Caribbean and Central America for EMC International, Inc., where he oversaw the development of a variety of information services and subscription products. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
