Comscore announces launch of major enhancements to Mobile Metrix & MMX Multi-Platform in Argentina and Mexico

Agencies and Advertisers Can Now Compare Effectiveness Of Their Campaigns Among Different Devices

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, September 28, 2017Comscore today announced the launch of major upgrades to Mobile Metrix and MMX Multi-Platform in Argentina and Mexico with the introduction of Audience Duplication, Cross Visiting and Reach/Frequency reports. These new features will allow advertisers and agencies to measure duplicated and unduplicated audiences for audience segments by selected media and to understand the overlap in audiences across media entities. In addition, media planners will be enabled to increase campaign effectiveness by having an unduplicated view of audience scale and ad frequency that helps with understanding the costs associated with advertising on multiple Platforms.

“This is a very important breakthrough that will enable the digital industry to demonstrate the potential impact of cross-device campaigns,” said Marcos Christensen, senior director LatAm south cone at Comscore. “Decision makers, in terms of investments in digital advertising, now can understand holistically the reach and frequency of their campaigns independently of the device they are served and compare the campaign results directy with TV metrics like GRP, TRP and cost per contact.”

These multiple enhancements to Mobile Metrix and MMX Multi-Platform will help advertisers and agencies to:

  • Understand overlaps between audiences on multiple platforms to help manage multi-environment messaging
  • Assess the impact on the price and scale of your multi-platform campaigns on selected media by indicating a proposed frequency cap
  • Improve overall campaign ROI and effectiveness by allocating total digital ad spend across sites to yield the highest reach and frequency for your budget
