The job requires leading a team of statisticians to improve the way we measure Internet and digital audiences while working closely across other analytics and product teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team to develop the next generation methodology for syndicated and custom products using a variety of digital and TV data assets

    Job Title: Senior Client Service Specialist Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil Reports To: Manager Client Services

    BASIC FUNCTION:

    Reporting to the Manager Client Services, this Senior Specialist will be responsible for understanding the business needs of comScore clients and how our services will meet their objectives.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Provide the first line of support for methodology questions and data inquiries from clients
    • Provide the first line of support for account administration questions
    • Manage advanced data reconciliation issues
    • Conduct advanced interface trainings for clients
    • Handle review of client press releases
    • Be knowledgeable on all measurement products and custom analysis to answer client questions and needs, and to aid in up sell opportunities
    • Participate in marketing plan meetings with sales team
    • Implement marketing plans and proactive contacts to aid sales in up sell and contract renewals

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • 4 year college degree in communications, marketing or business
    • 3-6 years’ experience at an internet company, agency or media background
    • Languages: Native Portuguese, Fluency in English; Spanish desirable
    • Ideal candidate must be analytical and have an understanding of panel-based consumer research
    • Background in Media Planning and Digital Ad Ecosystems highly preferred
    • Experience working with quantitative and qualitative research highly preferred
    • Must be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently
    • Must have excellent follow-up skills and ability to take initiative and be pro-active
    • Must be able to multi-task, handle multiple projects and meet internal and client deadlines
    • Must possess ability to work in a technology-based startup environment
    • Must have excellent presentation skills
    • Proactive problem solving skills required, very high energy/positive attitude
    • Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint specifically

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Using honed analytical firepower, create insights that connect the dots between the breadth of comScore data and the complex needs of the automotive industry
  • Ensure that deliverables are executive-focused, aligned with customer objectives, and suggest actionable right next steps including relevant follow-on research
  • Autonomously drive, shape and manage custom projects from approach through delivery; this includes hypothesizing on key client pain, then framing the right consultative questions to reveal specific business needs
  • Be responsive to client requests and pro-active in sharing industry and comScore perspectives on the market
  • Maintain an active pulse on trends of the Automotive industry, digital and otherwise
  • Help various divisions within a client that rely on comScore insights communicate with one-another
  • Evangelize the comScore research solution suite and build trust with senior account users and buyers of insights
  • As a voice of the customer and the industry, contribute to setting the strategic direction, goals and vision for the team, and help create thought leadership that cements out reputation in the marketplace
  • Develop talent within the team, foster efficiency and drive innovation
  • Work closely with internal groups such as other verticals within Client Insights, sales, marketing, and product to ensure high priority or big picture client needs are recognized and addressed
  • Partner with sales staff to identify new business opportunities among prospects and existing clients
  • Work 2-3 days per week physically at the clients headquarters

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent 7-15 years of analytical work experience and 2+ years management experience
  • Proven track-record of Automotive research and analysis  - working directly with senior executives at automakers as a Trusted Advisor
  • A keen understanding of the key day-to-day and strategic business decisions automotive executives need to make to be successful
  • The ability to independently connect the dots of multiple disparate data sources into cohesive  insights for the client
  • Specific expertise in digital and online behaviors, and how those connect with offline metrics
  • A demonstrated understanding of how different aspects of the automotive industry such as demand, sales, incentives, inventories, media spend, etc.influence each other

  • ComScore is looking for a highly talented and hands-on Sales Operations Senior Analyst with CPQ experience. This role will work on the CPQ application, Salesforce, and quote to cash process for Sales. This role reports to the Sr. Director Sales Operations.     • Administer and maintain the Salesforce CPQ [Steelbrick] platform globally
    • Own the reports and metrics on the quote to cash process
    • Write and maintain complex price and product rules within the CPQ
