The Senior Product Manager will have an in-depth knowledge of the branded content and social media measurement landscape, as well as the operational and technical capabilities that support comScore's branded content and social media measurement offerings. In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have the ability to author strategic documentation, case studies, and sales collateral in addition to being able to produce detailed functional documentation and implementation plans based on fine-grain requirements. What You Do In This Role:

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive product roadmap to advance the growth and positioning of comScore's branded content & social media measurement offerings
  • Track progress against strategic imperatives and tactical milestones throughout the product development, integration, and support phases
  • Gather and communicate competitive intelligence as well as maintenance of internal and external product documentation

  • Project management across several accounts, including conducting kick off calls, hosting training sessions with clients and working with internal comScore teams to effectively launch new projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams, working together to keep projects on track and resolving issues as they arise
  • Deliver custom reports and analyses that address clients business questions and goals, including conducting industry and web site research, performing data quality assurance checks and investigations, analyzing large amounts of data, researching changes in trends, preparing spreadsheet reports and slide presentations, and presenting findings to existing clients in order to deliver strategic consulting services and business insights
  • Become expert in comScore AdEffx products and custom market research projects and capabilities
  • Support ongoing deliveries of comScore data; help clients understand data and gain business value from it

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree in quantitative or technical field2-3 years of work experience that includes analytical experience
  • Experience in a consulting role, with an advertising agency or with a digital media company is a plus
  • Experience with syndicated data or custom market research and specifically analyzing advertising metrics or users
  • Internet behavior is a plus
  • Proven proficiency with numbers and statistics, experience in analyzing large amounts of data, and an ability to consolidate and translate that data into business insight
  • Project management skills, including the abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with colleagues and clients in diverse departments, geographic locations, and time zones
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
  • Solid communication skills, including both written and verbal

Job Title: Associate Schedule Coordinator

Location: Portland, OR

Reports To: Manager, Schedule Coordination

JOB FUNCTION

The Associate Schedule Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that schedule data in the comScore TV Essentials system is accurate, with an emphasis on reviewing the data from the networks and stations that use TV Essentials products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Documents receipt of incoming schedule data files, archives files and maintains digital filing system.
  • Validates incoming schedule data files to identify schedule discrepancies.
  • Using web-based tools, edits and updates station and/or network schedules to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Performs web research, as needed, to ensure data and metadata accuracy.
  • Works closely and communicates with teammates to ensure all assigned work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Works under tight deadlines. 

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant work experience may be substituted.
  • Knowledge and interest in the television and home entertainment industry is preferred
  • 1+ years of data entry experience
  • 1+ years of experience in an analytical and problem-solving capacity
  • 1+ years of experience using internet search engines such as Google and Yahoo! in a research capacity Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
