JOB FUNCTION:

 

The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between comScore and several of our key clients to maximize usage and satisfaction with comScore’s products and services, resulting in customer retention and up-selling additional services. They are to create and maintain ongoing relationships with their account base by offering outstanding customer service, contact and training.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Establish strong and productive relationships with clients, including client personnel from research, ad sales, content, business development or other points of contact.
    • Expertise in comScore’s Television products and delivery platforms: TV Essentials, Station View Essentials, Rubik, comScore Syndication, Multiscreen Essentials and OnDemand Essentials.
    • Understand the principle business objectives and goals of the account, and how comScore services help the account meet those objectives.
    • Build client relationships by acting as the interface between Client Service Representatives and Sales teams.
    • Proactively manage client communications, responding promptly to questions, concerns and problems.
    • Monitor client logins to the comScore sites and provide account reviews to ensure clients are maximizing use and value, and, as a result, are extremely satisfied and knowledgeable of all comScore’s services.
    • Identify opportunities for up-selling comScore’s products to existing clients.
    • Act as the customer advocate internally to comScore to ensure project goals, needs and issues are clearly understood by internal departments, and provide clarity as needed.
    • In a proactive manner, look for ways to improve client deliverables, anticipate customer needs, and offer creative solutions.
    • Serve as internal expert on each assigned account. Answer client questions and ensure all issues are resolved.
    • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal comScore teams (CSRs, Sales, Analytical Solutions, and IT)
    • Develop PowerPoint presentations, analyze data, and maintain account information in SalesForce.
    • Travel to client locations and attend sales meetings as necessary

  • 3-5 Years Network Sales or Research Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university
  • Competency working with complex research/measurement data
  • Minimum of three years account management experience with a research product

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Support market plans and campaigns to support sales and company goals in Asia Pacific.
  • Support global marketing programs which are adopted into campaigns and/or regional campaigns which are created locally.
  • Manage delivery of outbound marketing activities and tactics in Asia Pacific, such as public relations, event marketing, marketing communications, email campaigns, webinars, digital and social media marketing, according to budget and agreed metrics, with support from Global Marketing teams as appropriate.
  • Understand sales targets in Asia Pacific and track performance against targets.
  • Work closely with local Sales teams.
  • Understand comScore’s markets, competition and client base in Asia Pacific.
  • Work with Sales to ensure that there is a comprehensive, segmented and up-to-date database of our clients, prospects and key industry influencers in Asia Pacific.
  • Provide awareness of comScore’s global marketing initiatives: corporate stories, product marketing programs and brand messaging
  • Understand longer term corporate goals regarding revenue, positioning and tactics
  • With support of Marketing Operations, adopt and use the systems and processes to execute effectively.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Business or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of work experience, preferably in agency, media, market research or web/enterprise analytics. Experience with comScore products is a plus
  • Strong command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus
  • Experience with Allocadia, Eloqua and/or Salesforce is a plus
  • Prior experience in managing campaigns, budgets, outside vendors, shared team resources and marketing team members
  • Detailed and organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Culturally sensitive, with the ability to converse with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across geographies and time zones

The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between comScore and several of our key clients to maximize usage and satisfaction with comScore’s products and services, resulting in customer retention and up-selling additional services.   • Establish strong and productive relationships with clients, including client personnel from research, ad sales, content, business development or other points of contact.
  • Expertise in comScore’s Television, On Demand, and Digital products and delivery platforms.
  • Understand the principle business objectives and goals of the account, and how comScore services help the account meet those objectives.
  • Build client relationships by acting as the interface between Client Service Representatives and Sales teams.
  • Proactively manage client communications, responding promptly to questions, concerns and requests.
  • Monitor client logins to the comScore sites and provide account reviews to ensure clients are maximizing use and value, and, as a result, are extremely satisfied and knowledgeable of all comScore’s services.
