If you have experience managing technical and organizational projects in a fast-paced environment and can switch priorities rapidly, then this may be the role for you. We are currently re-tooling our Project Management processes throughout comScore. We'll be working to develop and execute a strategy that will allow full visibility across projects, operations and finance. The ideal candidate has leadership experience building out processes to manage projects or programs within a complex, multi-functional organization. Initially, you'll be working on the integration of a Project Management tool (likely Smartsheet). From there, you'll expand to other areas that you and other teams identify for improvement. What You'll Do In This Role:

  • Establish frameworks for robust project management, including: tools, risk identification, decision-making responsibility and escalation.
  • Identify, implement and share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring buy in at all levels
  • Drive projects to completion through project plan management, including all aspects of said project (i.e., requirements gathering, design, development, quality assurance, and deployment into new and existing systems)
  • Distill multiple competing product priorities into a single roadmap with achievable components and then hold other teams accountable to execute against it as efficiently as possible
  • Offer technical expertise in analyzing internal and external project requests while also ensuring they align with leadership objectives.
  • Identify potential risks, opportunities, and issues of importance related to assigned projects and communicate to leadership as appropriate
  • Provide metrics and reporting for project and delivery teams, as well as executive management
  • Act as central point of contact for projects; work and communicate directly with various internal technology groups to understand requirements and assist in identifying and implementing solutions
  • Respond to operational issues and information requests within defined areas of responsibilities
  • Document business processes/workflows and identify areas of improvement while working with various teams to implement necessary changes

 

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelors Degree in technical or other relevant field
  • 5+ years experience managing complex projects or implementing solutions as a Program or Project Manager
  • Agile Scrum and/or Kanban experience strongly recommended
  • Experience with Smartsheet is desired, but other project management tools are also acceptable
  • First-hand experience implementing and maintaining project management controls and governance in a large and complicated organization is critical to your success in this role
  • Comfort using Aha! software to manage productroadmaps
  • Must have very strong diplomacy, facilitation, and communication skills (written and verbal), especially with respect to technical content

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in online advertising, video/broadcasting, digital media or marketing technology/research. This role is to manage the business sales efforts for our audience solutions across the United Kingdom and to execute towards strong growth.

Reports to: VP Sales EMEA

 

 

You are successful in managing sales operations and your network is at C level, preferably in the video/broadcasting, digital media and or marketing/advertising arena. You have a proven track record of growing businesses whilst maintaining quality of service. In this role you will be a visible leader for comScore in the UK market.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Drive sales of comScore syndicated and custom solutions with a defined quota
  • Build new business from Publishers, Broadcasters, Agencies, Advertisers, Ad Networks and Mobile and ISP operators
  • Develop and leverage relationships among the influential digital associations and joint industry committees (JICs)
  • Help secure renewals by showing the value comScore syndicated and custom business to lifting the client’s business
  • Aim to be a thought leader who can represent the company at conferences, industry events and client events as a presenter, panelist and/or expert.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • A highly aggressive sales professional with a proven track record of success
  • At least 7 years direct sales experience required with online media sales or technology sales experience strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience serving the Media industry from an online media company, market research firm, or a digital agency strongly preferred
  • Understanding of market research and how information can be applied to help client’s to achieve their goals
  • Direct experience selling online market research
  • A relentless work ethic and a desire to go the extra mile
  • A market research background is a big plus
  • Established contacts and relationships within the Media industry
  • Must be a “rainmaker” who excels within an entrepreneurial culture
