Partnership Program Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director of Panel Development, the Partnership Program Manager is responsible for supporting initiatives to grow and maintain comScore's Total Home Panel. This includes managing partners, improving user experience with hardware and software, and monitoring the success of various programs.


What You'll Do In This Role:

  • Manage relationship with Total Home recruiting partners, providing support and reporting.
  • Monitor recruiting and compliance reports on a regular basis and alert team to changes in performance.
  • Conduct analysis of recruiting efforts to understand impact of various programs.
  • Assist with content and user experience flow for both websites and mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with a variety of cross functional teams including Technology, Survey Operations, Legal, Panel Science, and Client ServiceSupport other various recruiting initiatives as needed


What You'll Need:

  • 2-4 years work experience in marketing, program or product management or other related field
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects
  • Excellent communication skills and the  ability to establish rapport via e-mail and phone conversations
  • Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
