Business Consultants at comScore use their in-depth product knowledge, skills and experience to advise clients (post-sales) on how they can best use digital data to answer challenging business questions. In doing so consultants use technical expertise to provide assistance to clients in the implementation and delivery of comScore products and / or use functional expertise to assist our clients in deriving actionable insight from comScore's products.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage the delivery of reports and analysis that deliver a client ‘s insight requirements.
  • Work with internal technology and analytics teams to further enhance the scope and quality of the data streams available for future research engagements.
  • Work directly with clients to define business goals and translate into an analytics strategy to achieves those goals.
  • Responsible for managing assets and controlling costs on client deliveries. Prepare and present final deliverables and analysis findings to key stakeholders in client organisations.
  • Helps formulate engagement methodology.
  • Provides expertise and value beyond client work.
  • Contributes to team growth by creating documentation and training others.
  • Communicates internally and externally with polish and poise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelors or Masters degree. 5+ years relevant experience in web analytics, business intelligence and research data in a client facing role.

  • Excellent knowledge of the online market and subsequent business requirements of clients.

  • Deliver exceptional client service support to the client service and account teams
  • Communicate regularly with your peers concerning analyses and reports being built for client use.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with syndicated data or custom market research is a plus
  • Proven proficiency with numbers and statistics, experience in analyzing large amounts of data, and an ability to consolidate and translate that data into business insight would be a bonus
  • Project management skills, including the abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with colleagues and clients in diverse departments, geographic locations, and time zones
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
