  • Manage overall servicing of the telecom accounts, assisting with renewals and identifying potential up-sell opportunities for custom work and syndicated products
  • Deliver creative ad-hoc analyses based on comScore custom data capabilities and syndicated products to promote renewal and develop strong client relationships
  • Develop expertise in comScore’s product offerings and related fields of interest, including audience measurement, video streaming, display advertising, online search, and website analytics
  • Cultivate existing relationships and consistently convey the value of the comScore product line
  • Train new and existing customers on how to use their subscribed comScore services

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 1 to 3 years direct client service and account management experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or marketing or related field
  • Strong understanding of market research and how information can be applied to help client's to achieve their goals
  • A relentless work ethic and a desire to go the extra mile
  • Advertising agency / media background is a strong differentiator.
