Manager, Programmatic Partnerships

About This Role:

Develops and maintains long-term client relationships with leading Ad Tech Platforms by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison. Understands the client’s changing and expanding business needs and identifies opportunities to improve client satisfaction and find new Comscore solutions to meet their needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for managing Comscore’s partnership with ad platform accounts by building strong relationships with key contacts.

  • Use your expertise in the programmatic space to drive awareness of Comscore Activation solutions, inclusive of audience and contextual targeting, within your platform accounts

  • Promote Comscore segments via trainings, Webinars, consistent outreach to account managers and creation of marketing materials as needed.

  • Oversee integration maintenance by ensuring data is surfaced correctly for existing integrations, seamlessly launch new segments, and identify opportunities to increase Comscore segment availability and scale

  • Develop expertise of Comscore Activation product and support sales on calls with their clients that are looking to leverage segments for targeting on desktop, mobile, CTV and podcasts

  • Manage partnership contracts for new integrations and when terms need to be updated/expanded

  • Drive business development activities and Activation usage for your accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals

  • Support innovation for Comscore’s Activation suite by identifying gaps, competitive advantages and competitive disadvantages in the market based on discussions with clients and partners

  • Partner with Comscore and partner marketing teams to promote Comscore’s activation solution through Webinars, PR, collateral, etc.

What You'll Need:

  • 4-6 years of experience in an account manager role, programmatic trader role, partnerships role or client success role

  • 1-2 years of experience at a DSP, DMP or SSP

  • Ability to build strong relationships

  • Expertise in digital advertising ecosystem

  • Able to influence others; strong negotiations and partnering skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Sharp business acumen with strategic vision
