Senior Salesforce Administrator

Comscore is seeking an exceptional Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Commercial Systems team. This role within the Commercial Operations organization will include working within our Salesforce platform and supporting various integrations and applications in our broader ecosystem. Comscore’s applications and modules include the Sales, Service and Revenue Clouds, Conga contract management, and other productivity and prospecting tools. The individual will help develop creative solutions that are consistent with Comscore’s business requirements and processes, supporting the teams responsible for our entire customer lifecycle.  The ideal candidate should have extensive administrative experience with all aspects of the Salesforce platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilties

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce modules and integrations such as Sales and Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Conga Contracts, and DocuSign. 

  • Be a key driver in the transition to Salesforce’s Lightning platform, assisting with scoping, build, and implementation. 

  • Write and maintain complex price, product, and approval rules within CPQ to support the sale and delivery of our broad suite of products. 

  • Be responsible for gathering diverse business requirements and translating them to innovative systems solutions. 

  • Continually drive improvements to business processes, identifying efficiencies, minimizing technical debt, and facilitating user adoption of the Salesforce ecosystem. 

  • Participate in cross-functional projects that address strategic business objective involving sales, marketing, finance, legal, product and operations teams. 

  • Interface with end users and stakeholders to understand feature requirements and address support issues. 

  • Support and train users on new processes and releases. 

  • Enjoy working independently, while engaging his/her supervisor as needed. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant field. 

  • 5+ years of high paced Salesforce admin work in a growing technology company. 

  • Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required. Advanced Administrator preferred. 

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, CPQ, and Conga Contracts is highly valued. 

  • Extensive requirements gathering and analysis experience. 

  • Ability to create and own sales and pricing models. 

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization. 

  • Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies.  

  • Ability to manage a full workload and meet deadlines.
