Job Title: HR Generalist APAC/EMEA
Location: Pune, India [Working Remotely Possible]

The HR Generalist is a key position in Comscore’s HR team: you are the first point of contact for employees and managers, with the potential for greater responsibilities in APAC and EMEA.

In this role you will be responsible for all HR related administrative tasks: starting from an employees’ onboarding, you will maintain accurate personnel records and you will coordinate administrative alterations on a monthly basis.

What you’ll do:

  • Creation of employment documentation (e.g. employment contracts, employment statements, contract extension letters, promotion letters etc.).
  • Ensure our employee data is 100% accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Provide first line support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, processes, systems and tools.
  • Ensure that our administration complies with local legislation.
  • Coordinate visa applications and extensions.
  • Coordinate absence and leave as required.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll changes for timely and accurate payroll administration.
  • You will contribute to HR projects as defined in annual performance goals, supporting the overall HR strategy.

What you’ll bring:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role (Excluding recruitment or training experience)
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues.
  • High attention to detail.
  • You are well organised, able to multi-task and keep overview of all processes.
  • You are pro-active, stress resistant and able to work with deadlines.

What Would Be Great To Have:

  • Experience with Workday.
  • Knowledge of employment practices and regulations throughout Asia Pacific (and / or Europe)


  • 13 days of privilege leave and 12 days of casual leave, earned on an accrual basis

  • 10 days off for National Holidays and Festival, which ones are communicated by HR early in the calendar year
  • Overtime pay and double wages for working a minimum of 3 hours on Public Holidays
