Looking Ahead to the Voice Era

We are currently in the later stages of the mobile era. The mobile era was shaped by the shift in time spent and dollars spent from desktop to mobile. Smartphone users are now engaging in more sophisticated behaviors which is helping pave the way for the voice era.

Based on insights around voice technology and smart speaker adoption we will share where we are in the voice era today. These insights will also include data from Comscore’s Total Home Panel. We will then set expectations about how consumers are using this technology today.
