The events of 2020 have changed online behaviours in Malaysia at an unprecedented scale and speed. What are the content categories that have benefited the most as a result of a shift from offline to online activity? What are the categories that have benefited the least?

In this presentation, created in collaboration with the Malaysian Digital Association (MDA), we took a 360⁰ look at those online content and services that consumers routinely use in day-to-day life. This includes health, entertainment, news consumption, job search, finance, sports, and many more.
