Job Title:  Senior IT Support Engineer

Job Function:

 

Comscore is looking for a customer service-minded Senior IT Support Specialist to join our local site support team in our New York city office. The Senior IT Support Specialist will be responsible for white glove support for executive leadership, onboarding/offboarding, imaging and repair of workstation hardware, software installation and related updates, asset management and various other IT projects.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Serves as local IT support for set-up and distribution of workstations to all users
  • White glove executive leadership support
  • Installs, configures and troubleshoots workstation systems, desktop hardware and peripherals in the local office and remote
  • Responds to user problems, determines appropriate response, and resolves issues
  • Answers questions and communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Participates in the implementation of IT and infrastructure projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Desktop/IT Support role, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Responsiveness with the ability to engage end users in a professional and friendly manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Mac OSX plus standard commercial applications (Office, Teams)
  • Familiarity with Jamf, Microsoft Endpoint/Intune, computer imaging and Active Directory domain concepts, encryption and Zoom meeting services.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose PC hardware and software
  • Experience with ticket tracking software such as JIRA ServiceDesk, ServiceNow
