Job Title: Senior Manager, Technical Operations
About This Role:
This position draws on expertise in analysis, big data, and operations to manage and improve the processes that onboard client data and produce Comscore’s digital and cross-platform audience products. Clients around the globe rely on this information to shape business strategies and fuel advertisement buying and selling. This dedicated leader motivates staff and collaborates with teams across the company to ensure that quality data are delivered on schedule.
The Senior Manager of Technical Operations is responsible for training and managing a team of data and technical analysts that work directly with clients to onboard their digital data into Comscore platforms and production processes, through either standardized Comscoremanaged measurement solutions or direct partnerships with clients. The successful candidate will simultaneously maintain integration workflows and communication with numerous clients, and provide guidance and subject matter expertise to enable the success of her team
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations, to advise and assist Comscore’s clients with the implementation of measurement solutions
Perform data review and QA using languages such as Python and SQL
Lead meetings with client technical resources and present Comscore solutions
Responsible for quality control of technical deliverables and project management of key client projects
Lead all aspects of enterprise engagements independently
Manage and motivate staff to high levels of team performance
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or analytically-oriented field
3-5 years experience leadership or coaching experiencing in an analytically-oriented position
Record of success managing critical processes and teams in a fast-paced business environment with competing priorities, vague requirements, and rapid iterations
Strong software development skills and expertise designing efficient SQL queries of big data
