Shareablee is excited to announce the addition of Twitter video and metrics to the platform. Video is responsible for a large percentage of the engagement on social media platforms, and is becoming increasingly important for brands and publishers to track.

In October, 28.4% of all actions on Tweets by US brands were on tweets containing a video, higher than the percentage for Facebook or Instagram. This new capability allows Shareablee to empower clients even more with the data they need for a great social video strategy and tap into the power of Twitter video.

Users can now access Twitter metrics including total video views, views per video, views per action, views per retweet, and video engagement rate. There are also new metrics not related to video including total replies and replies per retweet, following Twitter’s new update that switched “retweets with comment” to “replies”.

“We have seen time and time again that video is able to portray complex messages and engage audiences in a way that other media can’t, and that applies to Twitter as well,” said Shareablee Founder & CEO Tania Yuki. “These new metrics will allow our users to put numbers behind their creative efforts and prove the value of video on social.”
