2013 France Digital Future in Focus Webinar

French consumers are more digitally-engaged than ever before and their usage of connected devices is re-defining the French media landscape. The webinar presents an overview of the France market to identify what the prevailing trends in internet usage, online video, search and mobile mean for marketers in the year ahead.

Here are a few highlights from the presentation:

  • In France, 48 million people accessed the internet via a PC in December 2012 - an increase of 1% over the year
  • 53% of all mobile phones in France are now Smartphones
  • 17.4% of French Smartphone owners purchased a product or a service via their device in the three month average ending December 2012.
  • Social Media Sites attract the largest number of display ads in France, with 22.5% of the total display ad impressions.
