Position:  Account Manager

Location: New York, NY

About This Role:


The Account Manager will be part of a team responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with National media clients. You will help clients understand key business questions and address research needs. You will work closely with the Sales team to provide client support and analyze data to identify patterns and trends within our data assets which our clients use to make crucial decisions in the media marketplace. You will have a unique ability to combine your Client Service, project management, and analytical skills.


What You'll Do:  


  • Develops an understanding of the business objectives of assigned accounts and how Comscore products and services can meet these objectives
  • Establishes strong and productive relationships with Comscore clients. Responds promptly to client questions, concerns, and challenges
  • Monitors client usage of Comscore products and services to drive client engagement and satisfaction
  • Leads client trainings and may assist in product recommendations to address client business needs
  • Showcases strength of Comscore data as industry currency and how it benefits client’s business needs
  • Works with client to cultivate future project initiatives utilizing Comscore products and services

What You'll Need:  


  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 0-1 years of work experience, media experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate well with people at all levels of an organization both internally and externally, both written and verbally
  • Strong competency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful
  • Experience with data analysis and problem solving/storytelling with data is a plus
  • High energy/positive attitude is a must
  • Ability to interact effectively with peers in a team-oriented operating structure
  • Interest and excitement in television and media
