What information is collected?
At various points of our application process, Comscore, Inc. collects a range of information about you. This includes:

• Your name, address and contact details, including email address and telephone number
• Details about your qualifications, skills, experience and/or employment history
• Information about your current compensation, including benefits entitlements
• Information about your nationality and your legal ability to work in the location to which you are applying

Comscore may collect this information in a variety of ways. For example, data might be contained in application forms, CV’s or resumes or collected through interviews or other forms of assessment.

We may also collect personal data about you from third parties, such as a background check. We will seek information from third partied only once a job offer to you has been made and will inform you that we are doing so.

Data may be stored in a range of different places, including your application records, in HR management systems, and on other IT systems (including email).

Why does Comscore process personal data and how is the collected information used?
Comscore, Inc. has a legitimate interest in processing person data during the recruitment process and for keeping records of the process. Processing data from job applicants allows us to manage the recruitment process, assess and confirm a candidate’s suitability for employment, and decided to whom to offer a job. We may also need to process data from job applicants to respond to and defend against legal claims.

Who has access to data?
Your information may be shared internally for the purposes of the recruitment process. This includes members of the HR team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, and managers in the business area with a job opening.

Should we make you an offer of employment, we may share your data with former employers to obtain references for you and with employment background check providers to obtain background checks when necessary.

In processing or transmitting the application, Comscore, Inc. may transmit the data over various networks, including the transfer of the information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by, Comscore affiliates and their agents. This transmission may involve changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements for connecting networks or devices.

How does Comscore protect data?
We take data privacy seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to help ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and not accessed except by our employees in the proper performance of their duties.

How can you review and revise your personal information?
As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:

• Access and obtain a copy of your data on request
• Require the organization to change incorrect or incomplete data
• Require the organization to delete or stop processing your data, for example where data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing
• Object to the processing of your data where Comscore, Inc. is relying on its legitimate interest as the legal ground for processing

If you are unhappy with our response, you may be entitled to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

What if you do not provide personal data?
You are under no obligation to provide data to Comscore during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, Comscore, Inc. may not be able to process your application properly or at all.
