More than 34 Million Germans Searched Online in July

LONDON, U.K., September 25, 2008 – Comscore, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOR), a leader in measuring the digital world, today reported online search activity for July 2008 in Germany based on the Comscore qSearch 2.0 search measurement service. qSearch, which was first launched in Germany in September 2007, reports on local market properties where search activity occurs, such as Verlagsgruppe Georg von Holtzbrinck and ProSiebenSat1 Sites, along with the key international search properties such as Google and Microsoft.
Top 10 German Search Properties
3.8 billion searches were conducted in Germany in July, with Google sites accounting for 3 billion of these searches, or 79.8 percent of the market. eBay ranked second at 6.1 percent, followed by two German properties: Verlagsgruppe Georg von Holtzbrinck (3.4 percent) and ProSiebenSat1 Sites (2.1 percent).
