Develops and maintains long-term client relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison. Understands the client’s changing and expanding business needs and identifies opportunities to improve client satisfaction and find new Comscore solutions to meet their needs. Through regular contact, the Account Manager ensures maximum usage and satisfaction of Comscore products, services, and data, resulting in customer retention.

About This Role: You will be part of the Emerging Solutions team at Comscore that is responsible for developing long-term client relationships with leading Ad Tech Platforms. This role will support the team by maintaining and growing relationships as well as owning a few smaller accounts.

What You'll Do:

  • Be responsible for supporting partnership managers with maintaining strong relationships with Comscore’s ad platform customers that drive business impact
  • Use your knowledge in the programmatic space to drive awareness of Comscore’s leading ad measurement product CCR (Comscore’s Campaigns Ratings) within your platform accounts
  • Promote usage of CCR via trainings, webinars, consistent outreach to account managers
  • Oversee integration maintenance
  • Manage timelines and perform partner management tasks related to agreements
  • Manage any test / POC process end to end, ensuring integration is functioning as anticipated and clients understand how to interpret CCR metrics
  • Support the team with maintaining accurate usage logs and tracking via Salesforce
  • Develop expertise of CCR  
  • Support innovation for CCR by identifying gaps, competitive advantages and competitive disadvantages in the market based on discussions with clients and partners
  • Partner with Comscore and partner marketing teams to promote CCR through Webinars, PR, collateral, etc.

What You'll Need:

  • 2-4 years of experience as an analyst, account manager, programmatic trader or client success
  • Nice to have: 1-2 years of experience at a DSP, DMP or SSP
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem with some knowledge of programmatic and ad measurement ecosystems
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to self-motivate and thrive in a results-driven environment           
  • Energized by simultaneously working across multiple projects
  • Solutions-oriented approach to partner management
  • Must be able to manage to deadlines and prioritize daily, weekly and monthly tasks
  • Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000; commensurate with experience
