Job Title: Manager, Digital Content Integrations
About This Role:
The Digital Content Integrations team is responsible for onboarding digital data from US and international clients for use in Comscore's cross-platform measurement solutions. The Manager of Digital Content Integrations is responsible for training and managing a team of integration engineers that work directly with clients to evaluate all digital properties for design and implementation of Comscore measurement technologies across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will simultaneously maintain integration workflows and communication with numerous clients, and provide guidance and subject matter expertise to enable the success of her team. A love of problem solving in challenging situations along with the ability to extract and communicate technical requirements from client communications are critical to success.
What You'll Do:
Advise and assist Comscore’s clients with the implementation of measurement SDK’s
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations, to create and implement client solutions for application measurement
Perform bug fix verification, validation and troubleshoots internal and external client issues
Report product bugs to engineering teams and track resolution of technical issues
Explain complex technical problems to internal and external clients in a clear and concise manner
Prototypes and writes SQL queries to compare various data sets
Create scripts to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis
Work with clients and peers to define technical requirements and translate these into an analytics strategy
Work independently, however still receive direction from manager
Lead meetings with client technical resources and present Comscore solutions
Lead technical advisory consulting engagements with clients, the planning of client deliverables, technical deliverables and support technical development
Responsible for quality control of technical deliverables and project management of key client projects
Lead all aspects of enterprise engagements independently
Identify, understand, and solve complex internal and external issues for customers and employees
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or analytically-oriented field
2-3 years experience leadership or coaching experiencing in an analytically-oriented position
3-4 years experience with Comscore cross-platform offerings and research methods
Results oriented team player who leads by example, holds themselves and their team accountable for performance, takes ownership, champions efforts with enthusiasm and conviction
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create and manage multiple strategic relationships
Hands-on experience with mobile application development for iOS and/or Android
Experience with database technologies: SQL Server, Spark SQL, Snowflake
Ability to troubleshoot client implementations
Ability to perform data testing and validation for current and newly developed product features
Strong data analysis skill
Experience with content management systems or ad serving systems a plus
Deep knowledge of the advertising ecosystem a plus
Experience with complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical knowledge or industry experience
