Position:  Survey Project Manager

Location: Chicago, IL Or Remote

About This Role:

 

As a Survey Project Manager, you will be part of a dynamic group tasked to develop and deploy consumer-research surveys. You will be expected to ensure effective and efficient project management of the survey project from programming through to fielding completion.

 

What You'll Do:  

  • Manage the fielding of the survey from survey launch through to fielding completion; ensuring that surveys go live, appropriately collect data, target the correct population. Fine-tune the fielding approach as necessary
  • Coordinate with the programming team to ensure that questionnaires are programmed accurately and meet researchers’ specifications
  • Perform quality checks on the programmed survey
  • Troubleshoot project issues and document processes
  • Work with sample vendors during fielding as needed
  • Concurrently handle projects to accommodate deadlines

What You'll Need:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years’ work experience managing online surveys
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite; familiarity with Confirmit software
  • Understanding of computer programming and technical familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, jScript.NET) is an asset
  • Strong project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and be self-directed
  • Attention to detail and demonstration of commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
  • Strong ability to tailor communication style
  • Willingness to develop expertise by client, product, or survey type
