Commissions Analyst

Job Title: Commissions Analyst

Location: Remote

About This Role:

This position reports to the manager of FP&A and will help to implement and administer sales commission plans and payouts.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate quarterly commissions payout

  • Support sales quota calculations

  • Prepare monthly commissions accruals

  • Provide budget and forecast to actuals variance analysis

  • Participate in various process improvement efforts;  proposes process new improvements and actively looks for ways to drive efficiencies in day-to-day work

  • Act as company expert for Xactly

  • Adhoc sales compensation analysis

What You'll Need:

  • 3 to 5 years previous experience managing sales commission programs and calculations

  • Experience with software base commission tool (Xactly a plus)

  • Strong technical analysis skills including advanced Excel and excellent knowledge of Salesforce

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Regularly interacts with and is comfortable communicating with users at all levels of the company includ ng leadership

  • Strong technical analysis skills including advanced Excel and excellent knowledge of SalesForce•

  • Self-motivated and respect of deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail – root cause analysis

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
