What you’ll do:
Assists program managers and stakeholders in the planning, development, and delivery of organization-wide programs or initiatives
May serve as Program Manager for projects / programs for modest to medium scope Autonomously manages tasks or portions of larger projects supervised by management
Follows up and assertively holds team members accountable for their deliverables
Uses Project Management disciplines and tools to track progress, identify risks, manage interdependencies, and assess resource use
Supports process or technology improvements for increased efficiency
Works with internal and external auditors to manage projects and deliverables related to our MRC accreditation
What you’ll need.
2-5 years successful Program / Project Management experience managing medium-sized projects
Familiarity with Project Management disciplines, such as SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and JIRA / Atlassian Products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High EQ; able to build strong partnering relationships, influence, tailor communication, set expectations and act assertively (when necessary) without alienating team members
