About This Role:
We are seeking a high performing individual with exceptional communication skills, analytical acumen, a proven track record of relationship building, and a passion for solving complex problems for brands.
This Sales and Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and renewals among existing and new clients. The successful candidate will develop and maintain long-term client relationships, develop a deep understanding the client’s (and industry) changing and expanding business needs and identify opportunities to meet those needs. Through this, the successful candidate will diversify and grow our business with these clients.
What You’ll Do
Support company goals through a range of business development, consulting, and analytic sales functions.
Build and maintain strategic and account-specific sales pipeline focused on custom solutions for digital and TV and achieve them successfully
Forge solid, strategic relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts as well as internal account relationship stakeholders. The Sales and Account Manager must serve as a credible and trustworthy representative of Comscore and our solutions to maintain and grow the client business.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business, in order to use real and detailed examples to demonstrate how Comscore solutions can assist them in achieving their business objectives
Ability to communicate successfully with a diverse set of clients and decision makers, spanning all levels of organizations ranging from market research, product, marketing, and analytics.
Be a thought leader who can represent the company at industry events and client events as a presenter, panelist and/or expert
Partner with internal Client Insights, Client Success, product and other teams to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and future-proof the business
What You’ll Need:
A highly motivated and consultative sales professional with a proven track record of success.
At least 2-5 years of account management, consulting and sales direct in the research audience measurement, advertising, or marketing data solutions business
Understanding of market research, and how information can be applied to help clients to achieve their goals
Strong communication skills; particularly the ability to create compelling, story-based demonstrations to illustrate the unique value proposition of Comscore solutions to brands
Working knowledge of Comscore measurement solutions is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and account management aptitude; ability to quickly build trust within a large and diverse client organization
A relentless work ethic and a desire to go the extra mile.
Must be a “rainmaker” who excels within an entrepreneurial culture.
Compensation: $98,000 with variable commission: $40,000
