Job Title: Lead Analyst, Client Insights
Location: Remote
About This Role:
The Lead Analyst manages custom projects and delivers solutions to clients’ needs that may not be adequately addressed through syndicated products alone.
They will partner closely with various teams such as Sales, Analytics, Engineering, and others to understand client’s requirements, perform feasibility, run analysis, and deliver solutions or reports that meet client’s needs.
They will have the opportunity to be at the center of client engagement while managing projects and stakeholders, making business impact, and effectively delivering Comscore solutions, services, and offerings that support the entire business as well as Comscore’s long term growth, and position as preeminent leader in its market space.
What You'll Do:
Manages client relationships and supports high profile Enterprise clients
Works on deepening client relationships and penetration, helps support renewals, and identifies expansion opportunities
Works closely and partner with Sales and other teams to understand the scope of client’s requests, collect and clarify technical & data requirements, check feasibility, and come up with available solutions/options
Manages projects end-to-end, serving as the client’s or sales lead’s go-to person for daily communication
Leads internal and external conversations, facilitates client meetings, pulls the appropriate teams required, and ensures that action items are performed timely by stakeholders and partners
Coordinates various projects and requests across internal & external stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines
Escalates issues when appropriate; navigates through internal teams easily
Analyzes data and technical requirements, summarizes and presents findings in ways that are easy to understand
Performs QA checks on data and participates in peer review processes by checking other’s work
Identifies incorrect data and hypothesizes as root causes to troubleshoot
Supports client feedback loop to ensure client satisfaction; assesses what improvements may be needed
Identifies process efficiencies and improvement opportunities
Develops expertise in core data assets and builds knowledge of Comscore capabilities
What You'll Need:
BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similarly related discipline. MBA preferred
5+ years of customer success / insights experience, including working with and interpreting data, creating reports or summary, and presenting to clients
Project management expert, having 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and client relationships
Exceptional ability to set priorities, timelines and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and fluid environment in a client focused manner
Excellent analytical skills and high attention to details
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate clearly, timely and accurately
Naturally curious, proactive, and have passion for research and providing value to clients and partners
Eagerness to find solutions and take ownership of own learning; develop industry or client expertise
Experience in the digital advertising ecosystem (publishers, agencies, marketers/advertisers) and Comscore data a plus
Proficient Excel knowledge and skills
Experience in partnering with Sales team and collaborating across multiple teams
Salary: 85K-110K Commensurate with Location and Experience
