Sales Operations Analyst





We are looking for a motivated & energetic Sales Operations Analyst to help support reporting, forecasting, training, and operations for sales. As the Sales Operations Analyst you are an expert in excel and PPT.  You will be a center of excellence for reporting, modeling, and process improvement.   You will help drive our annual sales planning process and you will work closely with sales and business development executives to ensure that we meet our quarterly goals. You will collaborate with product and sales leadership to define and improve our pricing and selling process. This is an ideal job for a Sales Operations/Analytics professional who wants to make an immediate impact within a rapidly growing software company, have ownership over their work, and work hard at achieving dramatic success.


  • Work closely with sales executives and executive management daily on pipeline movements and progress towards quarterly goals.
  • Develop analytics around forecasting; drive the annual business planning and forecasting process, working closely with sales management, finance, marketing, and client operations.
  • Build management dashboards to provide the business real time visibility into the pipeline and the performance of the sales team.
  • Develop analytical reporting tools, performance tracking, and metrics that that drive a deeper understanding of our business, and that help identify improvement opportunities.
  • Learn our product suite to become a subject matter expert on how we price and sell.
  • Work closely with product leaders to coordinate pricing and process changes.


  • Minimum of Bachelors degree
  • 2-3 years business experience
  • High level of proficiency with Excel & Microsoft Powerpoint; experience editing and creating slides in a business environment
  • Strong written communication and time management skills
  • A good base of general business sense; sales or product management experience a big plus
